The Country Cottage Hotel

The Country Cottage Hotel is delighted to advise you that we have two rooms licensed for civil ceremonies and civil partnerships.

Wollaton Suite This room is ideal for smaller wedding ceremonies and can accommodate up to 40 people, this suite is situated in a 17th century cottage and accesses directly to the bar and the courtyard.

Courtyard RestaurantThe Restaurant overlooks the pretty Courtyard with Roses and Honeysuckle rambling over the walls. We are able to arrange ceremonies for up to 100 people in our spacious restaurant with a variety of layouts to suit you. We can accommodate a maximum of 100 people for a sit down meal and up to 200 for the evening buffet.

A warm welcome awaits you when you visit The Country Cottage Hotel Julie and Andrew Sturt have restored and refurbished a collection of 17th Century Cottages making this a superb venue for your Wedding day.

The restaurant takes its name from the pretty Courtyard it overlooks, with roses and honeysuckle rambling over the walls. The Lodge building adjacent to the Hotel overlooks a very pretty walled garden which is superb for those beautiful family photographs. There are several secluded areas around the grounds for you or your guests to sit and relax and par take of a glass of wine.

We pride ourselves on preparing excellent food and choosing good staff to ensure your day runs smoothly. Our Chefs have taken great care in providing a varied choice of menus and our experienced Wedding and Events Manager Kevin Grant will tailor make your special day. We aim to take care of all your worries leaving you to relax and enjoy the day.

The Hotel has 22 en-suite boutique bedrooms, all individually designed and furnished to reflect the needs of our discerning guests. You can be assured that you and your guests will enjoy a comfortable stay with us.
