The service was excellent
It all went superbly - so big thanks to you and Karen and please pass on our thanks to all of the team there on the day. The service was excellent and what the staff did for us over and above what was expected was great. I was asked to pass on particular thanks from Bobby our Drag Act, who said the staff were very helpful!!!

We cannot thank you all enough
We had a fantastic wedding and would like to thank you and all the staff for the wonderful work done. They were all friendly and attentive and tried to facilitate our every need. Paul particularly was very helpful on the day and organised things well with a manner of calm. We cannot thank you all enough and it still feels like a dream! It was a magical day for us and all our guests enjoyed themselves.

Everything was perfect
Everything was perfect for the wedding and the staff were fantastic. All the guests were raving about the food too. Thank you so much for all you help in organising it and thank the staff who were working that night too.

Everything went perfect!!
Our wedding was lovely – thank you so much and we both had an amazing day. Helen did a great job of looking after us and all went well. Everyone commented on what a great venue it was. I have to say though the day was fantastic – everything went perfect and we couldn’t fault a thing. Many thanks to you and the team. We’re looking forward to spending our first anniversary at Albert Shed!!

The day was brilliant
The day was brilliant - helped by the weather and the perfect steaks that the chef provided to all guests. It couldn't of been better and that was down to you and your staff. Everyone has passed comment on the standard of the food, the quality. It went like clockwork!!!
Just wanted to say a big thank you to you and all the staff for all your help in the run up to and during our wedding. It went like clockwork, the staff were excellent and the food and drink went down amazingly. Not one complaint about any of the food and believe me some of the guests are pains so this is high praise! Thank you so much.

Everything went brilliantly thank you! Nicola was a great help on the night and please apologise to her again from us for setting the smoke/fire alarms off!!! All my family say how much fun it was that they went off but I suppose Nicola and the staff didn't really think it at the time. To be honest we only really have positive feedback about everything. The planning went really well and I was more bothered about the night to be honest, but the staff made things run smoothly.

The food was fantastic!!!!!!!
I would like to thank you and your staff for the part you played in making my daughter Sarah and Joel Alderson’s wedding day such a success. Everyone on your staff were helpful and hardworking, which meant the day ran smoothly and we were all able to enjoy it to its full. The food was fantastic, tasted well cooked and very fresh. Enjoyed by all Please thank Lauren particularly for all she did!!

Excellent venue, excellent food & excellent staff!
We would first of all like to start by saying a big THANK YOU to you and your team who worked tirelessly to make our day so special!! Nothing was too much trouble, including happily agreeing to set up our sweet table, taking the pressure away from us. The staff on the night were fantastic. Alex in particular was amazing and once again nothing was too much trouble, including moving chairs from one room to another and keeping us to our schedule. All of our guests commented on how professional and efficient everyone was and loved the venue and the food! Talking about the food...it was excellent, although we didnt get the chance to try everything unfortunately, but everyone who has spoken about it said it was lovely (fishcakes and chicken wings especially!!). We will definately be recommending you to our friends for any functions which may arise and would definately use you again (Christening perhaps??). Once again we cant thank you enough and really do appreciate everything you have done for us. Excellent venue, excellent food and most importantly excellent staff!!!

Very professional and polite
We had an amazing weekend thank you! The event on Sat night was excellent, we had lots of compliments on the food, venue and service. Alex in particular is a credit to Dukes, he was very professional and polite and constantly checking that my husband and I were happy throughout the evening. The bar staff were also great, as were you Lauren in the week leading upto it. We were delighted with how well it all went, and would not hesitate in booking the venue again and recommending it to our friends and family. Many thanks to everyone at Dukes for making it a great night to remember for all.
