Day to remember
When I chose Brownsover Hall it was the right venue and it turned out to be perfect. It felt almost like our own on the day and much of that was down to the outstanding service from all the staff. There may have been a couple of hiccoughs with the pre-wedding plans but everything was taken on board to ensure that everything ran like clockwork on the day. The staff were all so accommodating to everything we wanted in terms of decorating the venue. The rooms were laid out beautifully just as we wanted and I guess they must have all been working hard behind the scenes to transfer the décor from the ceremony room to the wedding breakfast room without any fuss. Phil, The Duty Manager, was superb on the day. Even when I had forgotten to bring down the presents at the start of the speeches, and was unsure of which bedroom they were in, he just went off without a fuss and looked for them and produced them effortlessly. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble to ensure it all ran smoothly and we were so grateful. Many guests commented on the wonderful venue and staff. The food on the day was also perfect and we have had many positive comments. Everyone was happy with the bedrooms too, one of the reasons we chose the venue. We shall always have a lovely day to remember.

Fantastic
I wanted to say a big thank you to you and all The staff at Brownsover Hall were excellent the service we received for the wedding reception on the 1st May both the preparation and on the day. Lesley did an excellent job of helping us plan the day and making changes for us right up to the last minute, we really appreciate all the effort. On the day Phil (I think it was) was excellent and we were able to relax and enjoy our day. All of the other staff were also great. We had a fantastic day

Amazing Venue, Perfect Service
There are not enough words to say how wonderful a wedding we had with the hotel looking amazing and excellent service from all staff from pre booking to the big day. Lesley & Cherelle were warm, friendly and efficient in all pre wedding meetings with the best service from Phil Reeves on the day to ensure everything ran smoothly - again done in a friendly personalized way. The day went very well anyway but was made extra special by the services of Phil and so a VERY BIG THANK YOU to all at Brownsover Hall. K&J

Truly Magical
The wedding day was truly magical. Philip is amazing the waiters & waitresses were fantastic too and very polite and courteous, especially one lovley lady who served us at breakfast. The room looked amazing and everything that we had asked to be done was done. Last and not least thank you to Lesley for all her help planning our day.

Very Special Day
DEAR LEIGH-ANNE HERE WE ARE JUST OVER A WEEK FROM OUR VERY SPECIAL DAY, WE ARE SITTING ON OUR BALCONY OVERLOOKING THE SEA IN BALI TALKING ABOUT OUR WEDDING DAY,FUNNY ENOUGH THERE ARE 2 WEDDINGS HERE AGAIN TODAY OVERLOOKING THE SEA, AND YOU KNOW WHAT THEY ARE NOT A PATCH ON OUR WEDDING AT BROWNSOVER HALL, EVERYTHING WENT PERFECTLY, PLENTY OF GOOD FOOD, WINE ETC AND YOU WERE RIGHT THERE WAS PLENTY OF FOOD IN THE EVENING, BOB DID AN EXCELLENT JOB AS THE TOASTMASTER AND HELPED US LIKE YOU WOULD NOT BELIEVE, THE STAFF ESPECIALLY THE YOUNG GIRL THAT IS PREGNANTFORGOT HER NAME SORRY WERE BRILLIANT AND IT ALL TOGETHER MADE OUR SPECIAL DAY VERY SPECIAL IN DEED. Please thank Phil, the duty manager on the day, who could not have done more for us. The food was delicious.
