Fantastic customer service for our guests
We thoroughly enjoyed our wedding day which was largely down to the staff at the Marks Tey Hotel. It was very important to us that our guests enjoyed the day. Many of those we spoke to had only positive comments about the venue. They commented on the excellent service they received throughout the day and especially at dinner. They felt the day was very well organised and ran so smoothly, they could not fault it. As the bride it was reassuring to have several meetings leading up to the day and have a very accommodating events co-ordinator whose main interest was the bride and groom. Thank you very much for making our day so special.
