The attractiveness of the venue, the table settings, the service and the food were all excellent. All of the staff were very helpful and on the day particular praise goes to Erkul. We really can't thank all the team at the hotel enough for making our Daughter's wedding such an outstanding success. The service that we received from all your staff, from the time we, our family and guests arrived at the hotel to the time we left could not be faulted. Everyone of the team members gave 100% to make our stay an enjoyable and memorable one. As for the Wedding Ceremony and Breakfast it all went like clockwork. Everything was carried out to the letter of our daughter's plans and arrangements. We received so many compliments throughout the day from all our guests about the venue, wonderful food and exceptional service given. From the time we booked the venue in 2009 we have been delighted by your 'nothing is too much trouble attitude'. I know that we and all our guests will have great pleasure in recommending the hotel not only for the uniqueness of the building and its fantastic location but for the friendly, efficient service we received and the exceptional food we ate.

A Wonderful Wedding Day
Thank you for the outstanding contribution all of the staff at the Swan Hotel made towards a wonderful wedding day. Everything went without a hitch, even though the bride and groom were late arriving. The food was exceptional, served expertly and quickly, bar service very efficient. I will gladly recommend the Swan Hotel to anyone to use for any venue.

We just wanted to say a massive thank you to you and all the staff for making our wedding reception a wonderful occasion. The food was beautiful. Everything you had organised was spot on and thank you for helping us arrange everything. The room looked fabulous and all the staff were friendly and lovely. I did want to make a special mention for the man who announced and took care of the timings. He was absolutely brilliant, and made us feel at home, everything ran like clock work, and he was such a gentleman. I have been to many functions and he was by far the best at his job, a rare talent and lovely person.

Everything about our reception was just perfect
I wanted to write and let you know what a fantastic wedding day we had and a lot of that was down to you and the team at The Swan. Everything about our reception, was just perfect from the table set-ups, the food, the service from the waiting staff and the organisation from the Master of Ceremonies. As soon as we arrived, the efficient car park staff were on hand to help all of our guests park their cars. The arrival drinks and canapes were served without any delays and we had lots of positive comments about people's first impressions, particularly about the miniature fish and chips! They were a big hit with our friends and family! The wedding breakfast was delicious and served by very friendly and helpful waiting staff. Many of our guests commented that it was the best food that they had been served at a wedding! I would like to say thank you again for your flexibility in allowing us to pre-order an alternative starter for a couple of our guests. The Master of Ceremonies, on the day, was absolutely incredible. He could not have done more to ensure that Mark and I had the wedding reception that we wanted and his general organisation of everything, was second to none. We could not have asked from more from him. We would certainly recommend The Bedford Swan Hotel as a wedding venue to anyone . It has played a massive part in creating many happy happy memories of our wedding day.
