WOW... well what can I say
We just want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making our day so perfect and special. We had the most amazing day..the best day of our lives, and it's all down to you guys. Everything was just absolutely perfect and I cannot praise the staff enough for how professional and efficient they were. The food was amazing, we had so many compliments throughout the day at what a beautiful venue it was. Everything was organised down to a tee!!! Honestly we cannot thank you enough it was truly amazing! I will always recommend you to anyone for a wedding venue, we just can't fault anything!!Thankyou also for the beautiful photo frame too :)

Our Wedding
Can i just say that Our wedding day run smoothly and nothing was to much trouble on the day. This took many months to plan to make it such a special day and the staff at the hotel were very professional at what they did and organized everything for us. A big thank you to kay the Manageress who made sure everything went to plan and took all the stress and worry away from it all. Myself and Rose relaxed and enjoyed our big day to the full. The rooms at the hotel were at a very high standard and beautifully decorated and the beds were very comfortable. The food was the best me and Rose have ever had at any hotel and all produce is home made and to a very high standard. Again can i thank the Head Chef for all is hard work along with his staff, a big thank you. All i can say to anyone contemplating a Wedding Ceremony at the Abbey is book now as i think you will find it particularly difficult to find another venue as good as this. Especially considering the price is very reasonable indeed and they have different packages available depending on your budget. All i can say it was worth every penny.

Thank you for the most amazing wedding day
We had our wedding reception at the Abbey on 10th September and it was the most wonderful day. We were getting married at the church just up the road so when we first visited the Abbey as a possible venue we said beforehand how perfect it would be if we loved it. After being shown around we pretty much decided straight away that we wanted to book. Kay was so welcoming and made us feel totally at ease. We stayed at the Abbey the night before the wedding and booked the four suites located together which were perfect for me, my bridesmaids and my parents. The rooms were spacious enough for us all to get ready with space for hairdresser, photographer and videographer to move around in too! We were so delighted with everything on the actual wedding day. We didn't need to worry about a thing as everything was taken care of for us. The reception rooms looked great with all our centrepieces, decoration etc. set up and totally exceeded our expectations. We would also like to thank the staff members who looked after us during the day and evening. They were so attentive and made sure that everything was just perfect. Our guests have also said how wonderful everything was. We even had a photo frame waiting for us in our bridal suite as a gift - such a lovely touch. If you're thinking of having your wedding at the Abbey then definitely BOOK IT! Thank you so much to Pam and everyone else for making our day so amazingly special.

Amazing Wedding
This hotel could show some 5* hotels how its done. My husband and I got married on the 17th September 2011 and we had a fantastic reception. From initial enquiry with Kay (who is so professional and helpful and makes you feel like yours is the only wedding) Nothing is too much trouble. From reception team to welcoming and fun bar staff - James & Stewart, to housekeeping etc the staff are smiling, friendly and professional. The chef came personally to us to discuss our menus and met us on arrival to the room. Bedrooms were spotless and all our guests could not compliment this hotel enough. Grounds with golf.. breathtaking. If you are planning a trip to the midlands, you would be hard to find a better hotel than this!

My Wedding Day
I stayed here the night before my wedding also had my wedding here. I'm so glad i picked The Abbey Hotel as it was like a dream come true the staff are very very freindly and wedding co-ordinater was the best. the food is absolutly amazing and grounds were perfect. we had adjoing room the night before to fit me and bridesmaids in and we were very impressed but the quality and cleanliness. I would 1000% give you my word that whatever your reason for staying you will not be dissappointed.

Amazing Wedding Day
Where to start, The Abbey hotel is amazing and the staff are fantastic, and nothing was too much trouble for them. Having been planning our wedding for 2 years it was great to have Kay on hand every step of the way! Kay was amazing from the minute that we met her and it was a pleasure to deal with her. Each and every member of the staff at The Abbey played a part in ensuring that we had the perfect wedding day and we can not thank them enough. If you are looking for a wedding venue,a nights accommodation or somewhere good to eat, we could not recommend this hotel enough and we cant wait to arrange to stay again. We cant thank you enough for everything that you have done for us!!!

Fabulous Wedding Venue
We had our wedding reception here, and it was amazing. The staff are great, in particular Kay who really did a good job in organising our wedding, so thanks very much! The day ran smoothly and we couldn't have asked for anymore!

Excellent 10 out of 10
We got married here on Friday 5th August and thoroughly loved it!!! We arrived on the 3rd and my Wife stayed the whole time, I went to stay with family as it's bad luck to see the Bride the day before. Claire loved the time that she spent there and when I got there on the Friday for the big day I was greeted by the staff on reception with a warm smile and felt immediately calmed (I was nervous). Pam Osbourne who we booked and planned the wedding with was absolutely amazing, we had to change things a number of times which never caused any problems what-so-ever. She was a star!!! Janine, the lady that looked after us on the day was also brilliant, she kept us informed of everything as the day went on and really did help to make sure our big day went without a hitch. The grounds are also stunning to have photo's taken and the food was exceptional.The rest of the staff were also brilliant with us and made our stay here thoroughly enjoyable. We liked it that much that we're planning to go back next year to celebrate our anniversary with them. Thank you Abbey Hotel for making our wedding so enjoyable and providing us with the best surroundings that we could have possibly wished for.

First Class Stay
We stayed here for our son's wedding and from the moment we arrived we were very impressed by this hotel's extremely high standards. Our room overlooking the golf course was delightful, spacious and immaculately presented. The wedding itself was exceptionally well organised and the food was divine. I would definitely recommend this place for a wedding venue to anyone who wants to get married without the stress, they have it down to a fine art! We used all the hotel's facilities; golf, leisure, beauty room, bars & restaurant. We can only conclude that the level of staff training must be incredibly high and ongoing, as nothing was too much trouble. As we live in Spain and have family living locally to Redditch, we won't hesitate to choose the Abbey Hotel and Country Club to stay for all our future visits.

Gorgeous Hotel and Staff
I recently got married at The Abbey on 10th June 2011 and had the most amazing day! All my guests complemented the hotel and staff and i have recommended a couple of friends to it and they are now getting married there too! Kay Lilley is so helpful and i dont know what i would have done without her, she made everything run smoothly and made sure everything i wanted was done and never complained about helping me (i emailed her loads). Getting married at the Abbey is something i would recommend to anyone, lovely grounds for photos, great DJ and the food is out of this world! Cant thank you enough, i will definatly be back!

Dream Wedding Day
We got married at The Abbey on Saturday 9th July and couldnt have wished for a better day. The room layouts for the civil ceremony, wedding breakfast and the evening reception were perfect. The food was fantastic - so many of our guests actually said it was the best food they had ever had at a wedding. All the staff were attentitive, friendly and couldnt do enough for us. Special mentions must go to Chris Osbourne & Caroline for running the day, ensuring everything went smoothly. Thank you also to Pam for co-ordinating the wedding (everything organised in just 2 meetings!) even the Head chef 'Locky' took time out to give us samples & ideas for the food in one of the meetings. We had a choice of several beautiful bedrooms and went for the four poster 'Royal'. Thanks also to Bev who manages the servicing of the bedrooms, she organised a suprise bottle of bubbly for the room - a lovely touch! All in all a perfect day at a wonderful venue. Thank you Abbey Hotel!

our sons wedding 24th june 2011
our son and his new wifes wedding went really well. I highly recomend this hotel the whole day went smothly the staff went out of there way to do all they could to make there special day as special as they are, nothing was to much trouble the ceromony was fab food was fab reception was fab.The hotel rooms were the biggest i have seen with loads of room are very clean. thanks for a fab day and evening we couldnt have asked for more well done to everyone.
