The Chapel is intimate and atmospheric; the recently refurbished Old Library, licensed for civil ceremonies, comprises a lobby area leading to the main room and two anterooms, with an adjacent bar area. The Upstairs Dining Room, also licensed for civil ceremonies, is perfect for your formal wedding breakfast, whilst the Theatre, adjoining the Old Library, is ideal for evening or the larger and more informal celebrations.

      A thought for the future

      Beautiful Venue
      My husband and I fell in love with this venue on the first visit, the Chapel is breathtaking and the venue itself set in beautiful grounds. The team at Taunton School tailored our wedding to suit our particular requirements and we were not pressured to take up a specific package, which enabled us to have the wedding we have always wanted. I would especially like to thank Laura Carpenter the Wedding Co-ordinator who was there every step of the way to help us plan our big day.
