A Queen Anne, 17th Century manor house, Stoke Place provides luxurious adult comforts for stylish celebrations, creating comfortable, informal splendour with quirky but stylish reworks of the traditional country house. Guests approaching Stoke Place from the sweeping gravel driveway enter the house to an eclectic mix of old and new, elegant Victorian rooms have been given a 21st century makeover with contemporary furnishings, colour and detail.

The hotel boasts a unique and colourful labyrinth of rooms and lounge spaces ending in the impressive ballroom where the majority of wedding celebrations take place. Hosting weddings of up to 200 guests with the option of exclusive hire, the 39 bedroom hotel offers a winning combination of hip and heritage, mixing classic settings with modern design.       We just wanted to say thank you so much to you and Petr and the rest of the guys at Stoke Place for helping to make our Wedding Day so perfect. We really did have the best day and all our guests thought the day was fantastic too and commented on how magic the venue is and also on how attentive the staff were, particularly during the reception and breakfast, the service was second to none. As was the food, everyone said it was the best food they have had at a wedding, it was excellent. Petr was great - he kept everything running along smoothly and kept us informed of what was going on throughout the day. We really could not have wished for a better day, it was everything we had hoped it would be and more - a day we will never forget. Also just wanted to let you know how great John Mason & Zowie and Culdeep from Flutterby were, who we first met at one of your open days. John was just fab, he fitted in just like another guest and really put us at ease. And the girls were great too, helped settle our nerves on the morning and we were so pleased with the nails, hair and makeup.
