Sherwood Forest National Nature Reserve

Legendary Sherwood Forest is a superb wedding venue.

With 450 acres of veteran oaks, one of the last remnants of the original royal hunting forest, Sherwood offers tremendous photo opportunities.

Weddings are celebrated in the newly refurbished Oak Room, and reception is in the spacious Forest Table Restaurant near by. We can cater for a wedding party of 60, and 120 for an evening buffet, with plenty of room for dancing.

Our experienced catering team will be delighted  to meet your needs, from a traditional wedding breakfast to an open air hog-roast, and will ensure all your guests have a really great time.

If you have your wedding in the afternoon, venue hire for the Oak Room and exclusive use of the Forest Table, can be yours from just £300.

      Everything went brilliantly thank you. I would recommend you guys to anyone, the photos came back stunning, everyone was really helpful and all my guests said how lovely the food was (and I was impressed when you found out 1 guest was a vegetarian and you managed an extra vegetarian meal.
