The glass dome at the top of London’s elegant and iconic “Gherkin” building boasts a two-level restaurant and bar which is available for exclusive hire for weddings, civil partnerships and receptions on Saturdays and Sundays.

One of the most exciting elements to holding such a special event at Searcys |The Gherkin is the stunning 360-degree panoramic views over London, providing your guests with a breathtaking view of the City from 180 metres high! This vista comes coupled with outstanding service and sublime cuisine – what a way to start married life!

The fine dining restaurant can accommodate up to 100 guests for lunch or dinner, with the mezzanine bar hosting up to 160 guests for an evening reception and dancing, or 260 guests for a standing canapé reception over the two levels.

Capacities:

Seated Lunch / Dinner:                      50 to 100 guests (up to 160 guests can be invited for evening reception and dancing)

Standing Canapé Reception:              100 to 260 guests

12.00 – 16.00 / 18.30 – 24.00          £5,000.00 + VAT venue hire

£3,500.00 + VAT minimum food and beverage spend for lunch or dinner

£7,500.00 + VAT minimum food and beverage spend for canapé reception
