Sandon Hall is set in 400 acres of rolling parkland and offers the perfect venue for a wedding. Couples enjoy exclusive use and can celebrate their day free from any distractions – it really is yours for the day!
The rooms can be used in a variety of ways. The oak-panelled Library is ideal for ceremonies, with guests then being able to enjoy drinks and canapés in the Victorian Conservatory. The 50-acre gardens abound with photograph opportunities and guests are welcome to take a stroll or just sit and soak up the atmosphere.
The Saloon provides an opulent setting for the wedding breakfast. The bride and groom can make a grand entrance down the main stairs to rapturous applause, surely a memory that will last forever. Guests can enjoy high-quality food before partying the night away.
For smaller groups, the Old Dining Room, with portraits of previous generations of the Harrowby family, offers an ideal setting for a ceremony. Offering fine views of the gardens, it is also perfect for an intimate dinner.
The Hall has featured in 'Don't Tell The Bride' the popular BBC3 show in which the groom and best man have to plan every aspect of the wedding as a complete surprise for the bride. The groom chose a 'Pride and Prejudice' themed wedding for his bride who, after wondering what sort of wedding she would be given, was elated when she saw the Hall and the day was a huge success.
Our emphasis is on flexibility and every wedding at Sandon Hall is unique and truly memorable.
