Such a special day, Such a special place!!!
Thanks to everyone at Rufford Mill for our wonderful day. Rufford has always been a special place for us, but even more so now! We had an amazing day from start to finish. Everything was just perfect. The Food was fantastic and the staff we so dedicated to making our day, a day to remember. Thank you so much!

19th August 2010 wedding of Barry & Lindsay Cooper
AMAZING DAY provided for our daughter and Barry by Yvonne and her team. Friendly, professional, efficient team all prepared to go the extra mile for the couple and guests. Fabulous food, well presented and served. We and our guests were extremely happy with the service they provided. Wanted to rate them higher than 5 Hearts! Having Yvonne at the end of a phone/text/email was invaluable. The attention to detail showed. Our 'little people' were extremely well looked after which impacted on the overall enjoyment of the more mature guest. Thanks again, wish we could do it all again! x

Fantastic Day

Yvonne, your dedication and planning has been fantastic from start to finish. Rufford truly was the perfect venue.

The most perfect day from start to finish
We held our wonderful wedding at the Talbot Suite, Rufford in July 2010. It was truly the most perfect day from start to finish. Stylish venue, amazing care and attention to detail from the team, and beautiful surroundings. And what can we say about our wedding co-ordinator, Yvonne? She is an absolute gem and made the whole experience - including the planning - amazing fun and a complete joy. She genuinely cared about helping us to create the day we dreamed of, without fuss or stress. Any bride who wants a stress-free day that's just what she dreams of needs to get Yvonne on board now! As for the venue, The Talbot suite is the perfect contemporary setting for a modern, elegant wedding. And what could be better than enjoying champagne in the courtyard as the children feed the swans by the beautiful lake? There was only one downside to our day at Rufford - that it ever had to end x

FANTASTIC VENUE, FANTASTIC STAFF
We had our Civil ceremony in the Talbot suite in July 2009 and I can't rate the venue or the staff more highly. Yvonne and her team were there every step of the way and were always on hand should we require anything and the venue is a perfect backdrop for photos. The food was delicious and the whole day flowed beautifully. I would highly recommend this venue for your wedding day!

Kevin and Miches Wedding 15th May 2010
A big thanks to Yvonne and staff for a wonderful hassle free day. Everything ran so smoothly and we were over whelmed with how beautiful the place was and the surroundings. We had our ceremony and reception within the Mill. Yvonne ensured that all guests’ needs were taken care of from them entering the building to when they left at the end of the day. Everything was so perfect. When the reception was set up the room looked an absolute wow. We chose the 3-course hot meal option, which was lovely, all guests complimented on the quality and quantity of food. We had our photographs taken by the lake and also within the Rufford Abbey Ruins. We had an added bonus on the day of the Medieval Festival being on and also had our photograph taken with the knights in shining armour. I will remember this day forever. I cannot recommend this enough if you want that extra special touch.

Kevin and Miches Wedding 15th May 2010
I cannot thank Yvonne and all the staff enough or making our wedding day so perfect. The day flowed without a hitch. We had our ceremony and the reception at the mill. We had our photographs took with the swans by the lake and had other photos done near the ruins. We had an added bonus of having photos taken with the knights as there was a Medieval Festival going on where the ruins were. We had a singer for our ceremony who was absolutely fantastic Marty Wilson. The food was 10 out of 10 and plenty of it. Yvonne ensured all guest individual needs were catered for at anytime. The venue looked spectacular and I cannot say one bad word about our Wedding it was absolutely beautiful. If you are wanting that extra special touch this venue is for you... x

Amazing Day!
Sarah and I had an amazing wedding day at The Talbot Suite, Rufford Country Park! Yvonne and all the staff couldn't do enough for us, on the day itself and leading up to it. The food was brilliant from the canopes after the ceremony to the reception buffet. We had the carvery for the wedding breakfast and there was enough food for seconds The location is perfect too, we had photos in front of the lake and up at the old abbey which was only a short walk in the sun. This is an amazing venue for a wedding and is highly reccomended. Thank you again!
