Perfect perfect perfect
We had are wedding at Rowton castle in november 2011, my heading says it all, it is perfect, the help we received was great, our day was amazing,we booked on an all exclusive basis, the whole castle was ours for 24hrs and it was the best 24hrs of our lives. We were treated so special and nothing was too much trouble (even when I was being a total bridezilla my demands were met) Food accomadation and the staff were brilliant, its a wonderfull setting and its great for the bride who wants to feel like a princess for her day, book Rowton for your wedding and you will not be dissapointed in any way.

Perfect dream wedding location
We had our wedding on 15.02.2011. We thought Rowton Castle would be out of our budget, until we visited and discussed our options. We were pleased at how helpful and supportive all the staff were, no 'stuffiness'at our small budget. Our day was perfect due to the professionalism from all the staff. All the function and bedrooms are beautifully decorated with an air of grandeur. The food was well presented, tasty and different diets are catered for. The breakfast the following morning was yummy. Highly recommend. Nothing negative to say from our experiences. Give them call and arrange a visit, I'd be suprised if you chose another venue after you've been. Perfect Wedding Venue!
We had our wedding here in August 2010 and it was fantastic! Organisation and communication during the run-up were excellent and every little detail was taken care of on the day. Beautiful location and rooms; all of our guests commented on how great the day was. Food and service are second to none...the hog roast is highly recommended!! Our day wouldn't have been so special if it were not for Rowton Castle.

Such an amazing venue!
We got married at Rowton Castle on 24th Feb this year and it was amazing in ever single way! The staff were fantastic from the moment we first set foot in the place over a year ago. The castle itself is beautiful, romantic, decorated to an amazing standard (one of our ushers who travels a lot with his job said it was the nicest room he had ever stayed in) and has wonderful grounds for pictures. The staff were probably my favourite people on the planet for the 24 hours that we had the place! John, the wedding manager-type for the day kept me exactly where I needed to be all day, he even sorted out the order my bridesmaids and pageboys would walk down the aisle! He took care of literally everything, ever the little last minute bits that I had forgotten about until I got there! Debbie was lovely, incredibly helpful and funny, and seemed to be there every time I thought of a daft question, Danni on the reception guest was an absolute darling and was so lovely to all our guests and Lewis (who normally does restaurant stuff I believe) was a complete star! From helping to lug crates full of table decorations in through the delivery entrance the night before, to ringing the florists husband on the morning to get her to bring extra flowers that I suddenly realised I needed and bringing up drinks and food to us whenever we needed it on the morning, nothing was too much! Finally, Caroline the wedding co-ordinator at the venue was superb for putting my mind at rest whenever I had daft questions to ask (and there were a few!) The ceremony was beautiful and the room looked incredible, the turnaround for the meal was PERFECT, I had spent loads of time planning exactly how I wanted my tables decorated and a big chunk of our budget went on asthetics, I nipped in to see how things were looking after the pictures, expecting to have to move stuff, and I swear I nearly fainted - it was all perfect and looked stunning! The food was gorgeous, the service was fantastic, even the bar staff in the evening were absolute diamonds! Breakfast the next day was lovely as well and a great opportunity to chat again to all our guests before they left. I honestly cannot recommend Rowton Castle highly enough, after reading the reviews online I was already feeling confident but it completely blew us and our guests away. Wendy (resident florist) did a wonderful job of our flowers, Linda (makeup) made me look lovely and told me I look like Holly Willougbhy which is always a bonus lol! Mel (Hairdresser) was also wonderful and SO many people told me how amazing my hair looked on the day. Will Tudor (DJ) is essential for anyone booking a wedding here, he seriously seemed to have access to any song my guests requested, no matter how obscure and was an all round excellent bloke! Think that covers it, but I am so terribly glad that we booked Rowton, can't imagine having had our wedding elsewhere!

Simply the best of best!!!
My wife and I attended my friends son wedding at Rowton Castle this weekend. Rowton, is a gorgeous place, we really liked the modern décor with traditional features, the decoration and furnishings are of a very high standard and suit the hotel. It definitely got the “wow” factor.. The food was amazing, The staff were excellent. I would recommend this hotel to anyone thinking of getting married in a Castle.

Absolutely faboulous! !!!!!!!!!!!!!
We have just returned from our daughter''s wedding. We can honestly say and she agrees that it was ''the best day of her life''. This was in no small part due to the fantastic venue of ''Rowton Castle'' supported by the dedication of the staff to make every second of her eperience memorable. This level of service was extended from the moment of booking till our eit this morning. I would have no hesitation in recommending anyone to hold any occosion that needs to be special here. What an amazing place!!!!
Got married at Rowton Castle last week, this venue is superb!! I dragged my hubby to loads of castles prior to making a decision, and whilst there are a number of beautiful properties like Rowton Caste in the UK, none were able to match the service we received from the first moment we walked through Rowton's door. If you want to be sure of a fabulous day in sumptuous surroundings - BOOK ROWTON! All of our guests said it was the best wedding they had ever been too!

Breath Taking.....
I can't wait for our wedding to arrive, we fell in love with the place the moment we saw the picture let alone once we were there! We've had the venue booked since Oct '07 and the wedding itself isn't until Apr 2010!!! If you like this place as much as we did and you have a certain time of the year you want to get married GET IN QUICK. And by everyone eles review my day is surely to be as fantastic as theirs, and yours could be too, Gorgeous....

Loved it loved it loved it!
We fell in love the place on our 1st visit & booked straight away, only to find out some one from my work got married there too & couldn't rate it highly enough. He was right. We got married in April this year and it all went so smoothly. I will never forget the effort put in by all Jack, Kate, Caroline & Lucy in particular. Cheesecake was amazing & bacon cobs & chips were fantastic for the evening! Highly recommended. Best day ever!

We got married at Rowton Castle on 1st July 2007, It was absolutely amazing the day was so relaxed and everything was taken care of. We got married at Rowton in April this year. The whole day was magical. Nothing was to much trouble even hunting out my daughters missing shoe in the grounds. We had the most perfect fairytale wedding we could imagine. I can''t recomend it highly enough. The guest are still talking about what a fabulous location Rowton Castle is.

Rowton is a wonderful place to have your wedding, a fairytale come true
We had our wedding reception at Rowton Castle on 18th June 2007. From start to end the day was magical with excellent food and service. All our guests loved the venue and we could not have got better service by the staff and one of the mangers who acted as our co coordinator for the day and master of ceremonies. We only had 37 guests so could not have the wedding at the weekend so opted for a Monday wedding which helped with the budget and as there were only two other guests staying at the castle we had exclusive use of the castle for the day and I felt like a princess. A dream come true, highly recommended!
