      Amazing venue, wonderful team
I got married here on Easter Sunday 2013, from our first meetings to the day after our wedding we had the most amazing experience. The team who work here are great to work with, supportive and professional to the core. They guided us through everything and even things we had no idea we needed! I cannot thank them enough and our wedding guest all commented on the surroundings and the service and kindness of the staff. Thank you!

      Excellent Venue
We got married here in March 2012 and were extremely impressed with all aspects of Rhinefield House Hotel. Gemma, our coordinator, was excellent from day one in managing activities involving the venue and offering helpful advice. The hotel rooms are very good and the main wedding reception hall is spectacular. The food and service on the day was very impressive, many of our guests commented on the quality, which was better than we expected, based on the number of weddings they do and how busy they seem to be all the time. Only feedback would be they were a little quick on clearing away food/drinks, even before they were finished. An excellent hotel, which offers a very well organised package and spectacular setting for a wedding.

      ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!!!!!
Having looked at several venues for my daughter's wedding in London and the New Forest we all agreed on Rhinefield Hotel. We were given our own Co-ordinator, Nicola, who was brilliant, so attentive, patient and positive about our many requests! The day exceeded our expectations in every way - the Hotel Staff were so helpful, organised and professional that we could all just relax and know we were in excellent hands. Our guests were so complimentary about the venue. food and overall impression of the whole proceedings we could not have done any better ANYWHERE! We would not hesitate to recommend Rhinefield to anyone who want something exceptional and will not be be in any way disappointed!!

      Brilliant, Brilliant, Brilliant!
My husband and I had the most amazing wedding at Rhinefield House on the 27th August 2011. From the moment we booked our wedding until the big day itself, we were massively impressed with the level of service that we received. They did everything they could to fulfil our requirements and we found that even though we purchased a package we felt that our wedding was unique as they were so flexible. It was a pleasure to liaise with Nikki Quigley our wedding coordinator, and the banqueting staff on the day provided a superb quality of service. The food was delicious and the venue is just stunning, We had the most incredible day and our guests were blown away by the venue and had a great time. Rhinefield will always be a very special venue to us and we would definitely recommend it. We couldn’t have asked for anything more.

      Simply The Perfect Venue
I'm not a man prone to exageration but the service and quality of Rhinefield House suppased my expectations. The day went almost without a hitch and even when there was a slight cake crisis caused by the delivery person Rhinefield went above and beyond and fixed it without any additional stress for us. The space is beautiful and the cost was actually very reasonable given that we asked for many bespoke elments. Additionally most of my family stayed over and the rooms are fantastic. I cannot recommend Rhinefield House highly enough as a wedding venue.

the perfect venue for the perfect wedding
After reading all of the negative reviews on here i felt as if i should write something. Me and my husband had our wedding there last wknd and i had read some previous reviews which made me quite apprehensive. I needn't have been, it was faultless. We arrived on the friday evening and the girls at check in were brilliant. they showed us to our rooms immediately and offered to help with our bags. The next morning they let us keep our room until the suite was ready for us to move into. The wedding itself was perfect and the setting was beautiful. After the ceremony we had a champagne reception in the beautiful grounds. Included in our package, were two glasses of champagne per person. We had drunk our first glass but when me and my husband returned from having our photos taken, it had all gone!! the staff didnt hesitate in opening another bottle, free of charge! Moving on to the meal. The staff were brilliant and the food was amazing! so many people commented on the good food and service that they received. One of the waiters also explained to us that they had over ordered on rose champagne so we were able to upgrade to that for our toasts, again free of charge! We couldn't fault anything about the day or the hotel. The next morning they had breakfast set up for us in the brasserie, which again was lovely. The staff were brilliant and i really believe that if you show good manners and appreciation, they will give good service. Me and my husband have since been overcome with messages from friends and family, all with excellent praise for rhinefield. I cannot thank rhinefield enough for providing us with the setting and service for our perfect day. We shall without doubt be returning.

      Gorgeous, romantic grounds. Impeccable service.
They say that when choosing your wedding venue, first impressions count as this is what all your guests will see. Rhinefield certainly gives a great first impression, it''s nestled in the midst of woodland, with a long sweeping drive leading up to the house. The grounds are stunning with all the water features, tree promenade, maze & ampi-theatre some fabulous photo opportunities! We got married in December and considering it was the first working day back after christmas, there were no issues whatsoever with supplies etc! The staff were friendly & the service could not be faulted, we were looked after by Vicky on the day who did a sterling job! This venue has awards for it''s cuisine, and the wedding breakfast met all our expectations! Divine! With regards to costs, it depends on which package you go for, but all in all we thought it was very fair for everything that was included in the package. Our package included the services of a Toastmaster which we would strongly recommend as he ensured the smooth running of the day .Depending on the number of guests, you can also opt to have one long table for the wedding breakfast, we had this & all the guest commented on how elegant & intimate it was. Also included in our package was a suite for the wedding night which was absolutely gorgeous, one of the best rooms I''ve ever stayed in. You will not be disappointed. Guests were also happy with their rooms, albeit the only slight issue is that you arent supposed to be able to check in until 3pm so some guests had to do this mid-way through the reception. Another slight niggle, is that a changing room is available prior to the wedding, but unfortunately, there are no bathroom facilities here. I overcame this obstacle by staying the night before! Despite these niggles, we had a perfect day & would highly recommend this venue because of its fantastic setting, cuisine & service!

      Amazing! Absolutely fantastic
Chose Rhinefield House due to its stunning gardens. We got married in September 04 and the weather was perfect - it didn't rain - in fact it was 29 degrees outside!!! The staff were so helpful (they were so helpful, but didn't get in the way at all)- Adam was our MC and he was brilliant, he made the day run so well. The whole day went off without a problem, and they all made me and my Husband so relaxed. I have had nothing but good comments from our guests from the day - my sister-in-law praised them because they were so good with my 3 nephews (only children we had there). Highly reccommended to anyone looking at them.

Stunning place, stunning service, stunning location
We searched around probably all the New Forest venues for somewhere to host our reception when we got married in May 2004. After seeing Rhinefield, nowhere else could compare! As it's an incredibly popular venue, we were worried we wouldn't be able to get it at short notice (we left booking until six months before the wedding). As it happened, there was a slot free on the Sunday of bank holiday weekend which worked perfectly. On the surface, prices look very high. We went for the cheapest package which costs £75 per head. However, when you consider food, half a bottle of wine per guest, room hire and first night accommodation is included with this, it is a lot more reasonable. We plugged in the cost of Rhinefield broken down into a spreadsheet, and it was moreorless identical to other venues. On the day, we were treated like royalty. Everything went without a hitch, and the service provided by staff is second to none. The food we had was gorgeous. The venue is very flexible with your requirements and will do virtually anything you ask! We handmade all our favours, made a seating plan and cake and delivered it to Rhinefield two days beforehand. Without even requesting how everything should be laid out, it was presented beautifully by Rhinefield staff. I couldn't recommend it more for your dream wedding!

The stuff that dreams are made of!
We got married at Rhinefield in December 2003 and I can truly say that the day was perfect. The venue itself is stunning but was made even more special by the incredibly friendly and very professional staff. Their attention to detail was superb and the day went without a hitch. The food was superb and lots of people commented that it was the best that they had ever had at a wedding. Lots of weddings are held at Rhinefield and I had fears that we would be treated like we were on a conveyor belt but I can safely say that our day felt totally unique and was nothing short of a dream come true.

The mpst stunning venue in the New Forest
Rhinefield is an old country house converted into a hotel with about 30 bedrooms. The main reception room can seat up to about 100 and has beautiful high ceilings and wood panelling. The ceremony room is smaller but has the same stunning views over the beautiful grounds and lake. the staff are fantastically helpful - no question has been too much. The menu and wine list compares favourably price-wise with other hotels in the area, and the room hire charges are a lot lower than most - hence we had to wait a bit longer to have our wedding there - worth it though!
