  Perfect Day with a venue that couldn’t do enough for us

  We are so happy we chose to have our wedding at the Woodlands Hotel. Our coordinator Abbigail was really great at giving us advice and answered all our questions quickly. The run up to the wedding was great with our package having our food tasting three course meal with wine so we could pick the menu we wanted and check ins with Abbigail to make sure we had everything in place. We booked the bridal suite the night before as well as the wedding night and also had the bridal prep room for myself and my bridesmaids for the day. Everything went really smoothly and our coordinator and toastmaster were on hand to make sure we were exactly where we needed to be at the right time. The service was fantastic and we got married in the orangery which was a lovely big room with a glass ceiling. The wedding breakfast and evening reception was in the same room but the swap overs went quickly and all guests were looked after inbetween. We loved the mood lighting in the room for the evening and the tables for the meal were dressed perfectly. We couldn’t have asked for a better day and evening.

  Incredible wedding experience

  We had our wedding at Woodlands Hotel on 30th April 23 and everything was perfect. We left all of our personalised favours and decorations with the staff to set up on the day, and they did it seamlessly. From the very start with the aisle, all the way through the dinner and evening ceremony, everything was set up seamlessly. The staff were so attentive, and the timings of the day were absolutely perfect. They were so quick to turn around our room and asked us a lot throughout the day if everything looked how it should, and we were happy with everything. Very professional staff and the food was absolutely amazing. We had the DJ within our package and he was also really great! A huge shout out to Olivia and Mark who helped our day run so smoothly. Their attention to detail was impeccable. Would recommend Woodlands Hotel in a heartbeat!!

  Fantastic venue with incredible staff

  My husband and I got married at Woodlands on 17th Sept 2021. The new orangery, build during 2020 lockdown, was the gem of the whole venue, so bright and airy, and much better than the marquee that was there originally.
  The wedding day itself was seamlessly run by Abbigail and Charlotte. They couldn't have done more for us or our guests. I'd recommend Woodlands to anyone looking to get married in the West Yorkshire area.

  The best day ever!

  Thank you to all the staff at Woodlands for such a perfect day. It truly was the best day ever!! Would you thank Nico too as he was amazing and actually felt part of the party! He was fantastic with the children and everyone loved him! The food was amazing, the setting was gorgeous with fab weather (luckily!?) it really is the perfect venue!!

  There truly isnt a better place than Woodlands

  My feedback will always be the same as the one I told you the day after, which is truly from the bottom of my heart, everyone at your lovely hotel worked with all their hearts to give us the wedding of our dreams, it was everything we wished for and more, everything was absolutely perfect, from planning the wedding, to the preparation and everything on the day itself. If me and Sommer were to go back in time a million times we would still always choose Woodlands hotel. We knew it was the perfect place from the moment we walked in and Abbigail greeted us with a big smile, it was probably the best choice we've ever made and there truly isn't a better venue than woodlands from the outdoors, to the hotel itself, to the rooms and most importantly, the people working there. Thank you again from the very bottom of my hearts, we surely will be back soon for other occasions, and maybe our anniversary!

You planned the wedding amazingly, Abbigail made sure the day ran smoothly and Paul was absolutely outstanding with any enquiries and anything that needed to be sorted. Once again thank you to all of you for helping our day go really well as we didn’t stress one bit because you all did everything for us!
