a big thank you for your help when showing us around the venue and all the help and correspondence leading up to now.
You are generally, for me, the reason we have chosen the Trinity Park venue because of how you conducted yourself, we looked around a few venues and you definitely stuck out from the rest, one particular venue was outrageous in how they dealt with us, very little interest in us, poor preparation and couldn't answer many of our questions to the degree that we requested dates before we went to see them and she hadn't even bothered to see if they were available and couldn't tell us without getting back to us after our visit!
Being in sales myself I know how easy it is for people to just expect a level of service and only comment when something is bad, but I and indeed we, were extremely impressed with how we were/have been dealt with by you, you have taking interest in us as people in this exciting time as well as being extremely prepared with photos, dates and ideas. You are a huge asset to Trinity Park and look forward to dealing with you further.
