Our day could not of gone better, everything was perfect from start to finish. The work that the team put in to make sure the whole day went smoothly was incredible and massively appreciated.
The food in both the sit down meal and the evening buffet was beautiful and well presented, each and every one of our guests had nothing but great feedback for it all.
All of the staff were very nice and kind, helpful to the point that they could not of done more, from holding doors open to making sure everyone had drinks. Even to the point where one of the lads who had been behind the bar, was very shy, but as he was ready to let us be welcomed in to cut the cake in the evening, he shyly said “Congratulations, you both look amazing” and small details like this help to make it feel incredibly special. The staff were even offering to take pictures for us and our guests, and late on after the event had finished they were helping to find a guests shoe!
We honestly cannot thank yourself and everyone from The Village enough for all you have done for us and we are honoured to take our first steps of the rest of our lives with you all.

Hi Nicole
Thanks so much for your email - we had the most amazing day on Saturday and we would both like to say a massive thank you to The Village Hotel Warrington for their hard work in making our wedding such a special day. We’d like to make special mention to the following people;
Nicole - you picked up our wedding with not that long to go which can’t have been easy but you have been patient, thoughtful, paid attention to detail and worked with us (even when I seemed to be emailing you constantly in the final week!) to make sure we had exactly what we needed. Thank you for being our wedding co-ordinator and for communicating our wishes to the Operations team!
Rachel - we only met Rachel the day before the wedding but we instantly felt comfortable with her and she was so responsive and had excellent attention to detail. She made sure she went over every detail with us that she’d been given by Nicole and then translated that in to a wedding day without any hiccoughs which is incredible. Rachel was always smiley and friendly, and that makes a big difference! All in all we would recommend the Village to anyone be that to get married, or just for a meal or to stay over. The food on the day was fantastic, both at the wedding breakfast and the buffet, the rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated.

Hi Nicole,
Apologies, it's been a crazy couple of weeks since the wedding, i meant to email back before!
A million thanks, basically, for everything. Other than a few rooms not being available for the people on early check-in I can't criticise a thing from beginning to end.
From meeting with Ian early in the year, our communications with yourself and everything you all managed to do to make our wedding feel extravagant, whilst keeping to our budget we couldn't be more thankful.
If you could pass on a big thank you to Steve - from the minute we arrived he went our of his way to make sure that everything was perfect for us (right down to switching out our coffee maker at midnight!!!) The venue looked perfect, the food was excellent and everything went superbly.
I've attached a few photographs - I tried to post on the Facebook account but couldn't figure out how to!

Excellent Venue, have chosen it for my Wedding in 2010
I attend my sisters wedding at the Village in May last year, it was such a wonderful day and nothing was too much trouble. I have decided to book it for my wedding in 2010. -
