From the start, Cassie went above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of from visiting with our parents to menu tasting. She was utterly fantastic and without her, we simply could not have done any of it. We are truly grateful for all her hard work, it doesn't go unnoticed and we appreciated every last detail because she executed them all perfectly.
Our day was seamless and that is testament to her commitment and dedication to weddings at the manor. Jennifer also welcomed us into the manor for our very first visit and she was just the most lovely and friendly person to show us around and show us all the manor had to offer!
The lovely Rhiannon and Dan. We honestly cannot speak highly enough of these two. I don't think we have the words to express how thankful we are for them guiding and being alongside us on our wedding day. Their calmness, attention to detail and proactive initiative is incredible.
They took away all our worries and everything was done or sorted before we even had to think about it. We cannot thank them both enough. The front of house staff, event team and wider staff at the manor, all of which made us feel at home from the moment we first visited and checked in on our day. The rooms were tidy, comfy and had little touches that meant the world- the card and chocolate to the bottle of wine we drank on the day and the beautiful gift of the manor painting- it is going to be hung in our home and admired each time we see it.
The event staff on the day were beyond amazing, guests were topped up on drinks, food was served seamlessly and quick, all requests were exceeded.
Front of house staff ensured smooth check ins and helped with tidying up and packing cars in the morning.
The Kitchen and chef ensured the food was perfect and all dietary requirements were catered for. The most incredible sticky toffee pudding! No faults or complaints at all. Guests haven't stopped raving about how good it was - that takes allot as our family love their food!!
Without all the staff at the manor, our day would have been very different. The manor provided us with the wedding of our dreams and will always hold a special place in our hearts. We will definitely be back for a stay in the future!!

A fairytale wedding
We had the most incredible experience at the Manor House.
The amazing team supported us throughout the entire journey, and nothing was ever too much trouble — they truly couldn’t do enough for us from start to finish. The whole setting felt magical from the moment we arrived and our guests had the best time. A huge shout‑out to Cassie, Dan and Rhiannon for making our day so, incredibly perfect.

We honestly couldn’t fault The Manor House in any way. From start to finish, our wedding day was absolutely perfect and so beautifully organised.
The team went above and beyond for us. Cassie looked after us throughout the entire year of planning and nothing was ever too much to ask – everything was handled with such warmth, care and a genuine smile. On the day itself, Rhiannon and Dan were incredible, and every single member of staff made us feel so looked after. Nothing was ever too big or too small – it genuinely felt like everyone cared about us as a couple, which you don’t always hear when it comes to wedding venues.
They were so flexible and thoughtful, from allowing us to use different rooms to really match the vibe we wanted, to even making me an apple crumble that wasn’t on the menu. Those little touches meant everything.
What really stood out is that even during the days we stayed before and after the wedding, we still felt just as special and looked after – not just on the day itself. From reception and the events team to the bar staff, waitress and sommelier in Bybrook, the service was faultless throughout.
We couldn’t recommend The Manor House and their incredible team highly enough. If you’re considering this venue, you will be in the safest, kindest hands imaginable.

We keep thinking back to last month and wondering whether it was actually a dream, it went that perfectly! We were so lucky with the weather - I'm sure it would have been fantastic inside, but to have our wedding ceremony outdoors in such beautiful surroundings, made the day so magical.
We can't thank you enough for all your help in planning what was the most special day. The team (I'm afraid we can only remember Rhiannon's name) were so attentive. Every one of our guests I spoke to couldn't rate The Manor House highly enough.
The memories we made last weekend will be cherished forever, not just by us but our family too. Thank you so much again, and I'm sure we'll be back at The Manor House in the not too distant future!

We had the most amazing wedding day at the Manor House. Arranging a wedding can feel very overwhelming and daunting but Cassie was so supportive. She made us feel like no question was too silly and would go above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect! We managed to keep to our budget with some help and suggestions which is always an added bonus. The day its self was perfect! All the staff were so helpful and friendly. I had so many compliments from guests saying how helpful the team was. If you are looking at this as a potential venue I would recommend viewing and meeting Cassie as you will fall in love with the beautiful house and Cassie. -

It was the most incredible couple of days, better than we could have ever dreamed. The Manor House staff was wonderful. They took care of all of our guests were incredibly detailed, responsive, and professional. I've been told by several of our guests that it was the nicest wedding they have ever been to, and I know that is huge part due to the Manor House facilities and staff. -

Dream Wedding
We cannot recommend the Manor House more as a both a wedding venue and place to stay. We had lots of family coming from outside the country and everyone was taken care of from the minute they stepped on the premises.
Cassie made planning the wedding incredibly seamless, which made the big day run smoothly from start to finish. I can’t forget to mention the staff that helped along the way too- everyone was beyond lovely and seemed to genuinely care about making it the most special day.
We can’t wait to return for our anniversary- The Manor House will always be a special place to us! -

We recently had the absolute joy of not only staying at The Manor House, but also celebrating our wedding there... and we can honestly say it exceeded our (very high) expectations and hopes from start to finish. Every detail, every moment, and every interaction with the staff was nothing short of perfection.
First, we have to give the warmest thanks to Cassie and Dan. Cassie was a gem throughout our planning and stay, and Dan… well, we’re not entirely sure how he managed it, but he seemed to be everywhere at once! Anything we needed, no matter how big, small, or last-minute, he took care of with such professionalism and genuine kindness. They both made us feel completely at ease, as though our day was as important to them as it was to us.
The front desk and reception team were equally wonderful. Every time we passed through the lobby, we were met with warm smiles and genuine well-wishes. They made us feel like old friends rather than guests they had just met.
The grounds are something out of a romantic film. The Italian gardens in particular… absolutely breathtaking. Perfectly manicured, dreamy, and full of charm. They were the perfect backdrop for our wedding photos and felt like they’d been kept in flawless condition just for us.
I had the privilege of getting ready in the Albinesses Room, and it truly felt like something from a bridal magazine. The light, the elegance, the charm — everything was picture-perfect. The photos taken there are some of my absolute favorites from the entire day.
And oh, the food! A standing ovation for the chef and kitchen team. The canapés were dangerously delicious... so much so that our guests (and us!) were practically scrambling to grab “just one more” before they disappeared. The wedding breakfast was every bit as divine. Each course was met with delighted murmurs around the room, and even though we were all full, we somehow managed to polish off dessert without hesitation.
The wait staff were impeccable... attentive without being intrusive, professional yet warm, and always one step ahead of what we needed. It’s rare to see service so seamless.
Everything about The Manor House is the epitome of luxury. Our wedding guests were endlessly complimenting the rooms, the grounds, and the kindness of the staff. It truly felt like a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
We cannot thank The Manor House enough for going above and beyond to make our wedding and our stay so magical. We are already dreaming about returning for an anniversary trip... so we can relive a little bit of the magic all over again.
If you’re looking for somewhere extraordinary, The Manor House is it. -

I genuinely can't thank Manor House and their team enough for the above and beyond service they provided. We are a US-based couple and I still can't believe how easy and fun they made the planning process even from far away. They made us feel so welcome and the logistics couldn't have been smoother. It is extremely hard to find guest service done with such genuine heart and care and we're beyond delighted to have found that in the Manor House team members. Cassie was so patient and kind and made us feel so taken care of in the days and months leading up to the wedding. Day-of, Dan was so helpful, welcoming, and joyful to work with. The teams' initiative, attention to detail, warmness, and genuine interest in their work and events is everything a wedding couple could hope for. Our wedding was beautiful and memorable and our photos are just stunning. Would recommend this venue to anyone!
