We got married here 24/5 and it couldn’t have gone any better! The staff were outstanding & nothing was too much trouble! Joanne was our wedding coordinator and I couldn’t have asked for anyone better! The service staff were lovely I can’t for the life of me remember their names but honestly everyone that worked the wedding 100% deserve a gold star! The food was incredible, we opted for a bbq over a sit down meal & pizza for the evening & everybody was raving about it all! Thank you so much for helping us make our special day memorable 🧡 -

We honestly couldn’t have asked for a more perfect wedding venue. From our very first appointment right through to the wedding day itself, everything was absolutely amazing. Every member of the team was so welcoming, helpful, and attentive, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. Any ideas or personal touches we wanted to include were completely embraced, which made the whole experience feel so special and personal to us.
Joanne and the team on the day were incredible. Everything ran so perfectly from start to finish, and we felt completely relaxed knowing we were in such safe hands. Their professionalism, organisation, and genuine care made such a difference and allowed us to fully enjoy every moment of our day.
The BBQ was also absolutely amazing — so many of our guests commented on how delicious the food was. It really added to the relaxed and fun atmosphere we wanted for our wedding.
We’re so grateful to Joanne and the whole team for making our day so memorable. We would recommend Cockliffe to anyone looking for the perfect place for their special day!!

Our Perfect Autumnal Wedding
We couldn’t recommend Andrea and the team at Cockliffe enough as a Wedding Venue. The team there are fantastic and nothing was ever too much. From our initial show round right up to our special day they were so accommodating and made everything run so smoothly. The venue is stunning with lovely grounds to enjoy exclusively until the following morning. The food was amazing and the portion sizes were really generous. Thank you Cockliffe for a day we won’t ever forget! -

Wonderful Wedding Day
Cockliffe House and staff are simply wonderful. Nothing is too much trouble. Everyone is so nice and helpful we had a fantastic day ! The food is incredible and everything was just perfect. Best day of our lives!
Where do I even begin, Cockliffe country house was an amazing place to get married. We first went along to one of the event days, after seeing lots of other venues we knew Cockliffe was the place we wanted to get married. The staff were incredible and couldn’t do enough for us, we was invited to a menu tasting evening - the food was incredible! But the night itself was also a great way to speak to other couples, see the venue in the evening, and see some styling options and of course try the food options (it was too hard to choose)
On the run up we were assigned a wedding coordinator- Emilie, who was wonderful. We had a sit down meeting in person and discussed everything and she fulfilled everything we wanted on the day. All of the serving and bar staff was professional and friendly on the day too. The bedrooms were comfortable and spacious, breakfast the following morning was included too for all the guests, again amazing! Only down side was that the room were very cold in the morning, (we got married in November)
The venue itself is a country manor and well maintained, grounds are well kept, the bar, toilets and main room were perfect and clean to an excellent standard.
But honestly the more incredible day, everything ran smoothly and again Emilie was perfect did everything I asked nothing was too much trouble, you can tell she has done so many weddings over the years and knew what she was doing I had no doubt in my mind we picked the best place for us!
Thank you again to everyone at Cockliffe! Worth every penny! -

Cockliffe Country House was the most perfect venue for our wedding. They went above and beyond to make our day run seamlessly.
The grounds were exceptional and we got some incredible photos.
Having exclusivity was important to us and was something they offered.
Staff were amazing.
Incredible value for money, especially as the 11 rooms were available to use and included in our package price.
Would 100% recommend to any couple. -

From beginning to end all of the team were absolutely amazing to us as the married couple and our guests! And staff on the night were also incredibly lovely!
I was a DIY bride wherever I could be for decorations and guest books - Abbie and Tara were super understanding and helpful with everything and made everything run smoothly throughout the day🤍
The rooms and breakfast were amazing, the venue speaks for itself in its beauty and was so perfect for our wedding day 🤍 thank you Cockliffe House Team!! -

Perfect day
We are so glad that we booked Cockliffe as our wedding venue. We booked with just 6 months notice. Our day was perfect, the staff were amazing and Emilie our event manager was excellent.Cockliffe Country House's reply:
