Couldn't of asked for more!

We recently had our wedding reception at Birchwood Park and I can't recommend it enough. Sharna & Beth were so helpful and supportive with planning my big day. Sue was our event manager on the day and she was so lovely and attentive, always making sure we were happy and that our guests were happy too. Really good value wedding venue with a great time and service.

Our dream wedding

Wehad our wedding at birchwood park in July 2024 and honestly could not fault them! They went above and beyond for our day and made us feel extremely comfortable and special.

Sharna was our wedding coordinator and she was absolutely amazing was there every step of the way for us and always made sure if we needed something she was there.

The staff who was there on the day to make sure things run smoothly was also amazing they pulled it out the bag and everyone commented on how good they was.

Thankyou guys so much our wedding was the best day our of life’s and we are so glad we chose to have our wedding with you.

Rooms looked so beautiful

We had the most amazing day and thank you and Megan for your help in making the day as brilliant as it was. The staff who worked on the day were absolutely great, we had the best day and the rooms looked so beautiful.

The serving of the food was on time and the mints with the tea and coffee was lovely touch. The dessert was wow.

The Team Make It

The hard work put in by the team made our day run smoothly. Every detail was taken care off and the staff went over and beyond to make the day extra special. The food was on point and presented like a Michelin style restaurant.

Mrs and Mrs Ackland

Me and now my wife had one amazing day at birchwood on the 31st of May 2019 and our family and friends had a fantastic time too, A gay wedding to remember lol. Gemma, Holly and the other staff was fantastic and very helpful, they planned all the timing so that everything was perfect and before the wedding if I needed to speak to them they was there making our day perfect, emails and calls straight back and delt with asap, just totally amazing and stress free.
DJ was brilliant and even had a magic mirror which they ordered for us which was perfect and as a massive Michael Jackson fan, I myself ordered a tribute act (MJ) and both Gemma, holly and the DJ communicated with him to make it run perfectly, just one amazing team, I would highly recommend to have your wedding here.

Twilight Wedding

What can we say Jemma & Holly you are amazing everything we asked for you sorted for us. The food was great and plenty of it. The staff were all very friendly and polite. The only downside was the weather which no one can control but it still went smoothly. Thanks to you all for making our day very special and memorable.

Midweek wedding

Fabulous venue and fabulous staff. Holly and Jemma wedding planners always available to discuss preparations and nothing too much trouble. Had small wedding and by dividing room it felt very intimate and special. Wedding breakfast was a total success satisfying our most fussy eaters, delicious. Evening buffet the same with guests commenting on how nice food was. Evening reception was brilliant and staff always efficient and polite. We had a wonderful day thanks to all those involved from Birchwood and we would both like to thank you for making our day so special, you even managed to get the Sun to shine! Would highly recommend .

Reception

I booked the smaller part of the bar for a reception for 45 people it was screened of so did not mix in with other guests . I cannot praise the staff highly enough especially KUBY and JIMMY nothing was too much trouble for them .The food was a buffet but was so fresh and tasty quite unlike other venues I've been to Everything was packed up the next day when I went to collect everything

Best of Days!

Our daughter and son-in-law had their reception at the Birchwood - 120 seated meal and then a buffet for 200 in the evening. The food was delicious and served quickly, and many guests commented how good it was. All of the staff couldn't have been more helpful and we felt completely supported throughout the process. It was such a joyful day and we would highly recommend this venue.

Our Perfect Day

We had our wedding at Birchwood Park in April 2018, all I can say is it was the most perfect, magical and beautiful venue, Holly our wedding planner was amazing, she made sure every little detail was catered for, she was brilliant and I knew I didn’t have to worry about anything. The venue was beautiful, the food was amazing and all the staff were so attentive and polite, our guests were overwhelmed at perfect our wedding was and it’s all thanks to Holly and everyone at Birchwood Park, Thank you so much for making our day so perfect and memorable x
