Our wedding at the Vermont was truly outstanding! Lukas and the wedding team went above and beyond for myself and Michael from booking the ceremony to leaving your beautiful hotel. We had our wedding at the Vermont on 3/5/25 and all I can say is outstanding. The venue alone is truly gorgeous and then above is amazing for the scenery. The pictures we got were truly breathtaking. The wedding team were just 10/10 can’t fault them at all they ensured our day was perfect and flowed. Tanya and Lukas are definitely the best! Everyone complemented our day and even some said one of the best weddings they had been to! Thank you so much for everything. 100% recommend to get married here you will not be disappointed!🤍

We got married at ABOVE on a weekday in October, it was a twilight ceremony beginning at 4pm.
The whole day was fabulous from start to finish. We wanted a low-key informal wedding, more of a party than a formal setting type of day, and that is exactly what we got.
My first communications with the hotel were few and far between but when Lukas took over he was fabulous and so accommodating. He is such a lovely lovely person and bent over backwards to see that we had a smooth running day.
Any request I had, Lukas made sure to make it happen and I felt at ease the whole day.
The bridal suite was spacious and perfect for a chilled day getting ready.
If you're wanting a fun, party vibe wedding, without the seating plans and long meal times then I would definitely recommend hiring ABOVE and speaking with the weddings team. I wouldn't change a thing about our day and cannot thank them enough xx

Me and my wife done a twilight wedding at above in November 2024 and it was fantastic from start to finish. We really appreciated all the hard work and effort that went in to our day by the wedding team at the Vermont but especially Lukas who was really professional with his quick responses to our questions and give us some great ideas for our special day. Tanya and Anna were also brilliant and we could not recommend them enough. The venue itself was unbelievable with the view of the city and fantastic for some great photos. Everything on the day ran so smoothly and we couldn’t have asked for anything more.

We had our wedding at the Vermont Hotel, and it truly was the best day of our lives. From start to finish, the service was exceptional, and the attention to detail made our day absolutely perfect. The team went above and beyond to make us feel special, and we felt so well looked after throughout the entire process.

Special thanks to Tanya, Lukas, Anya, Marcus and all the staff involved for their incredible support. Their professionalism, kindness, and genuine care made such a difference. From organising thoughtful upgrades to ensuring every aspect of the day ran smoothly, they made us feel like absolute VIPs.

The venue itself was stunning, and the atmosphere was magical. Every little detail was taken care of, leaving us free to enjoy our day stress-free. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and we’ll cherish the memories forever.

From the start of the process, looking around and deciding where we wanted to get married right the way through to our big day, the Vermont team were absolutely fantastic!!

We had our wedding at the vermont on 12 October 2024, in the ballroom.
Everyone involved has been so helpful from start to finish. We have been given suggestions and ideas, and everything has been met with a can do attitude.
We had a vegetarian wedding breakfast and were invited for a taster session around 6 weeks before our wedding before making our final decision. The food was gorgeous and everyone enjoyed it.
The ballroom is beautiful, and was a stunning setting for our wedding.
We stayed in the riverview suite which was spacious and a lovely room, with plenty of room for our hairdresser to do mine and the bridal party that morning.
Tanya the wedding coordinator was brilliant, and so supportive, she is a fantastic asset to the vermont. She even came to find me the evening before the wedding as I was staying the night before, to let us know everything was in hand.

My husband and I got married at Above on 10th August and words can not describe how amazing all the staff were from day 1. Everyone has been super helpful with any questions or requests we had, nothing was ever a bother and they were incredibly accommodating. Lukas was our wedding coordinator and we just loved him, we were a bit clueless about how weddings worked so he helped us with the structure of it all and made the day run so smooth! We had quite a few 3rd party entertainers, the staff worked so well with them and us to organise everything and coordinate set ups. I feel like we got to relax and float through the wedding day itself thanks to everyone at Above. Even the bar staff were in incredible and got involved in the fun. Everyone was such an integral part and made us so at ease. The food was amazing and varied enough that everyone could enjoy, also there was plenty for everyone. Everything was on time and ran so smoothly. And lastly, of course, the interior style and views from the balcony were gorgeous and made for a beautiful background to our photos that we’ll cherish for a lifetime. We cannot thank you enough!

As soon as we viewed The Vermont we knew this was where we would get married. The whole venue is outstanding! We captured some amazing photos -my favorites included stunning views of the city. The whole team were professional, supportive and attentive. Leanne helped us with last minute planning and took care of any issues with ease, so we had nothing to worry about. Everything came together exactly as planned, I was especially blown away with the decoration of the ballroom! We had a perfect day and are so glad we chose this venue. We would definitely recommend :)

We Just wanted to drop you a little message thanking you and the Vermont for our Anniversary dinner.
Once again we left the Vermont hotel talking about the amazing level of service that we experienced, from every member of staff that we encountered, during our visit to the restaurant last night.
Since our very first visit to discuss our wedding, every visit in between the big day and every time since we haven’t once been given any reason groan or grumble about anything.
I don’t know if it’s the training or the recruitment team that sets the levels you all have but we see many venues throughout the year and none of them come close to the Vermont in terms of customer experience with the staff.
Dinner last night was delicious and we will indeed be back for the next anniversary as well as on other occasions through the year.

Organising a UK wedding from 10,000 miles away in Sydney was, at times, a little overwhelming but the team went out of there way to make the whole process as stress free as possible. Nothing at all was too much trouble and the attention to detail was extremely impressive and reassuring. I felt in such good hands the whole way through and our wedding day at The Vermont was even better than we both ever imagined it would be.
