Unforgettable wedding day

We can’t thank Burford Bridge hotel enough for hosting our wedding reception on 13th April this year. Our wedding was truly perfect from start to finish. We had the Rose package which was really good value for money with lots included. The food was delicious, the wines and Prosecco were really lovely, and the service on the day was fantastic. All the staff went above and beyond to ensure we could relax and enjoy our day, and so many of our guests commented on how flexible and accommodating the staff were. Kiki and Sarah made sure all our requests for the day were noted, Will the manager on the day was really helpful and organised, and Manny who was in charge of the table service was so kind and professional. We honestly couldn’t have wished for a better day. The barn is so beautiful and atmospheric, and the outside space is so lovely too - we were lucky enough to have beautiful weather and we spent quite a lot of time outside getting photos and having drinks etc. Thanks again everyone who helped make our day amazing!

Burford bridge hotel

Just wanted to say thank you so much for our wedding on Sunday 8th.
It was the best day and everything went incredibly smoothly.

We couldn’t be more grateful for your help and everything you and your team did on the day to make it as special as it was.

Can we just give a mention to the DJ provided also, he was outstanding.
Played everything we requested, even some unusual and rare tracks.
He found them and played them without a problem, he was also great with Me, Gary and the guests.
So thank you for that.

Wow from Mr & Mrs Middleton

My husband & I just got married here and it really was our fairy tale wedding that we will never forget.
The place is beautiful and the surrounding area makes it perfect for photos especially when using Ether Events for their great selection of decorations.
The wedding packages were great value, it included so much for your money.
The food is top quality and everyone said how tasty and well portioned it was.
A massive thank you to Eleanor the wedding planner and all the staff their that made our day the best. You couldn’t ask for a better place to get your happily Ever After.

Amazing!!!

Beautiful November Wedding!

Eleanor and the team at Burford Bridge were incredible! They listened to exactly what we wanted, were flexible when it came to our requests and the day ran so smoothly! We have had several compliments and comments about how well the day went and how impressed people were with the service and professionalism of staff. The barn is stunning and has so many different ways to style it. The barn has its own barn and entrance, separate to the main hotel, which keeps the event private and contained. This was perfect for us too as it was a rainy autumn day so this meant all our guests could stay inside and move easily from the bar to the barn. There are plenty of seating options in the barn and space! We had 130 guests for the meal and 50 extra evenings guests which fitted comfortably. The food was incredible and service was quick. The evening buffet was yummy and there was plenty of food for all guests. I would recommend to anyone looking for a wedding reception venue!

Superb venue, superb wedding

We got married at this venue in April. The whole day was brilliant. Eleanor (Coodinator) was very attentive during the pre wedding meetings and everything we disussed was done. The food for the wedding breakfast was glorious. Compliments to the chef!. On the day, Eleanor was always buzzing around, making sure everything went perfectly. As the weather was good, some beatiful photo's were taken in the garden area and by the on site pool. Would highly recommend this venue

The most wonderful day

Our wedding day at the Burford Bridge hotel was the most wonderful day, and all we could ever have hoped for.
The hotel is a little unassuming, and wondered if the lower prices were reflective of this. HOWEVER, the barn is gorgeous, and coupled with some decor from Ether Events who work with the hotel, the barn looked amazing (and close family who knew what we had paid were pleasantly surprised!) The grounds are also perfect for photos!

Eleanor and her team were a pleasure to work with from booking, until the big day. Knowing that everything was being set up and organised while I was able to relax and get ready in the morning, was such a relief and a weight off my shoulders! I’m usually someone who likes to check every detail so was lovely to be in the knowledge that everything was taken care of.

All of the team were so lovely and helpful all day and nothing was too much trouble. A special mention (apologies I didn’t catch his name) but the head of catering was able to pop together a small evening meal for my auntie who suffers enormously with coeliac disease, after all the gluten free options had gone while she was up dancing! She was so so grateful.

Everything about the day was all I envisioned and we had such a wonderful time. We’ve had so many compliments about the barn itself and the team, and I would not be hesitating to recommend to anyone when the time may arise!

Absolutely Perfect

We cannot rate The Burford Bridge more! Our wedding planner Eleanor made everything so easy and stress free. The whole experience could not of been better. All the staff were extremely helpful and flexible in the planning to make the day perfect for us and on the day they ensured everything was perfect.

Also highly recommended Love Heart Photography who captured every moment so naturally giving us so beautiful photos to remember our perfect day

We would like to say the biggest thank you ever. Not only were you very approachable, you went out of your way to put our minds at ease with every little detail, and no question was an inconvenience.

Our day turned out to be the most magical day we could imagine. Everything came together beautifully and we know that was down to your hard work and being able to see the same vision we could. The staff on the day went above and beyond for us and were polite and friendly all day.
