From our very first meeting we knew Beamish was the venue for us. The grounds are just breathtaking and you can see how much work goes into this as soon as you enter the gates and all of the rooms are just stunning.

We had the best day of our lives!! 😁💗🥂It was truly magical in every way and the day ran like clockwork even on the hottest day of the year 😎with the organisation, dedication and commitment from staff.

It was a perfect celebration with all of our family and friends 💕and all of our guests and ourselves had a fantastic day. We can’t wait to return for our anniversaries.

There are not enough words to describe how amazing our wedding express with Beamish Hall! We were blown away from the minute we visited the venue as a potential wedding venue to walking down the aisle on our wedding morning. A big shout out to the wedding team who were exceptional, beamish extras who could not do enough for us and decorated every room to perfection, to the catering team who made the most delicious meals and our wedding master of ceremonies who kept us right on the day!! Nothing was too much when we asked, staff were always smiling, were attentive and every member of staff from the cleaners, Stables restaurant waitresses, to the receptionists and bar staff made our day so memorable!! Beamish Hall you will always have a special place in our hearts 💕 💕

Honestly I can wholeheartedly recommend this venue.We were in competent caring hands from the day we booked until our wedding day. The team are very supportive and the venue on the day looked stunning. The food was excellent. All my guests loved it .

We recently had our wedding day here and wow what an amazing service, from arrival on the Saturday until leaving on the monday morning I could not have wished for anywhere better! Very helpful staff, polite, everywhere is immaculate from inside beamish hall to the stables bar and resturaunt , I highly recommend having your wedding here or even just an overnight stay!! We stayed in the charron apartment on the Saturday night then the lilly room on our wedding night and wow !! .. I will be recommending this to everyone. Thank you all so much for making our few days so special.

Got married 17th May 2026 and it was fantastic and very professional, from start to finish the team knew what they were doing (because we didn't and we're very nervous), food was amazing and they are very friendly and welcoming with a person centred approach. I had the most amazing weekend celebrating my wedding i couldn’t thank beamish hall enough they were so helpful especially on the big day they took so much stress off me so we could have the best day!

From start to finish, the team at Beamish were exceptional in helping us organise our special day. We immediately knew we wanted to have our wedding at Beamish when we visited the stunning grounds and noted that packages include exclusive use of the main rooms, which was something we prioritised. We had frequent communication with Beamish and the wedding team are just brilliant people. We ended up having a baby by the time our wedding arrived and I cannot praise staff enough for how they facilitated a change in our circumstances and ensured we were all comfortable but also that we were able to relax and enjoy our day. In particular, Jasmine and Debbie were so patient and went above and beyond to accommodate our little one. These two lovely ladies really helped us on the wedding day!

We used Besmish Extras for our decor and again, we have nothing but praise for their attention to detail.

You will be in competent hands (in a breath taking venue) if you have your wedding at Beamish!

We had the best day ever at Beamish Hall on 10th April. The venue was stunning, the staff couldn’t have done more for us, and the food was incredible. The day ran so smoothly and we loved being able to use all the different rooms for different parts of the wedding! Our guests said it was the most chilled wedding they’d been to. We wish we could do it all again!

Our day was nothing short of outstanding at Beamish Hall.
Rosanna looked after us from time of arrival (the night before for some of the wedding party) until the meal started on the wedding day. Rosanna was calm and professional and was there if we needed anything, thank goodness she was there to adjust the train on my dress before I walked down the aisle!
The decorations at the venue were arranged via Beamish Extras (an on site company). The venue was exactly how I imagined, even better!
All staff we encountered on the day were so polite and professional and do their job to the highest level to make everyone feel looked after. That was from the cleaners on the morning, to reception team and the waiting and bar staff.
The catering manager and his team made sure we were happy with the room set ups before the guests arrived and nothing could be faulted. The meal was outstanding and everyone commented how delicious and plentiful their choices were.
Would I recommend Beamish Hall to other potential brides and grooms…100%. It was the day of our dreams and we couldn’t have wished for a better venue.

We could not have chosen a better place for our wedding the staff where like family noting was a bother and the day was like a fairytale I would live again and again your wedding is the most expensive day of your life but having your wedding here I would spend that 1000 times over I would change noting about the venue or the staff and the food is to die for wish I could eat it again with out it been my wedding everyone side it was the best wedding ever

Amazing venue, this was our first ever venue that we visited a couple of weeks after getting engaged and we knew straight away nothing could top it. The staff, the building, the food were all amazing. 10/10 would recommend

We had the most magical day with the help of all the wonderful beamish hall staff from the wedding team and all the staff who supported us with rooms and the smooth running of the day. They were able to help us with every details and understanding of budgets and what was needed. On the day they were so attentive and focused on every little detail making sure it was just perfect. I am coeliac and were able to cater to dietary requirements to perfection. We are ever so grateful for making it such an unforgettable day from start to finish. Thank you for everything.

We had our wedding reception at Beamish Hall Hotel in September this year and it was the best day of our lives. I couldn't recommend Beamish Hall enough.
From the initial viewing and booking 2 years ago until our wedding day I must have asked 1 million questions and visited the venue a few times and I was always met with quick replies and the wedding team are extremely helpful and can answer any question no matter how little it may be. Especially Katie who I spoke to a lot and also did our final details meeting with, she was great!

The night before the wedding we had a lovely meal in the stables restaurant and myself and my bridesmaids stayed in the Charron Apartment which was amazing for getting ready in on the morning of the wedding, we almost had too much space! Which was great as no one was on top of each other and we could have hair and make-up in separate rooms.

We did get married in a church but from the minute we arrived back at Beamish Hall myself and my husband were met with a lovely cold drink and canapés so we didn't have to go looking for them while we were getting our photos taken. The food was amazing which a lot of my guests have since commented on that the portions were really good sized and tasted even nicer than they expected. All of the waiters and waitresses were fabulous also, very professional!

Myself and my husband felt like royalty on the day as nothing was too much to ask for and the amazing master of ceremonies was always there if we needed anything, Tony was great!

The venue itself is just incredible and a huge shout out to the groundsmen as the flowers and overall upkeep of the outdoors areas was fantastic! The flowers have truly made some of my wedding photos look even more amazing.

I could write so much more about how incredible our day was but I just want to say please book a viewing if you are considering Beamish Hall for your wedding venue as it was where I had always wanted to get married and it lived up to everything I had imagined and more!

Now we have come back to reality and out of our little wedding bubble...
Me and my husband worth like to say how bloody brilliant our magical day was!! And that was 100% down to the amazing staff at Beamish Hall!
Everything went to plan and so smoothly it was even better than we both could have imagined. But you's pulled the whole day off down to every last tiny detail!
It really was the BEST day of our lives! We keep saying we wish we could do it all over again!
