Perfect Day
Our wedding on the 9th july 2011 was fantastic the hotel was beautiful. The wedding breakfast was outstanding, 60 extremely happy guests. The events team were brilliant nothing was to much trouble (thanks Holly). Would highly recommend this hotel for a wedding reception. Just wish we could do it all again.

Fantastic
Our wedding on the 13th Aug 2011 was perfect. The food, service setting of the rooms was fab. The special events person that helped plan it all was great very helpful and friemdly. All my guest said the hotel was one of the best.

Our wedding reception was held in here in October, and it was amazing. The service was fantastic from start to finish. The staff were brilliant, especially Joanne & Victoria, all of our guests, said the same as us. We would recommend this as a venue to anyone. It is in a great location, the space we had was great, 3 very large rooms for our exclusive use, food was great, and they were able to help with all of the different dietry requirements, they even sorted a different chair for my nana, who had recently had a fall, and needed a chair with arms!! Just perfect.......

I would like to say a big thank you to all of the staff at the hotel who made are civil partnership so special. The hotel did more than we expected, with treats such as the champagne & chocolates in the room. The service was outstanding and everything was done so wonderfully. We really felt welcome and comfortable and we did not feel in any way inferior with it being a 'gay wedding'. The meal was spot on and the breakfast was amazing. Joanne who organised everything for us down to the last detail was fantastic. The car valet service was great with the men being extremely helpful and courteous with us and our luggage. Overall it was just a fantastic time for us and the hotel basically made our occasion just right. Thank you to all of you and we will always recommend this hotel for the service, care and pride taken in making our day/weekend special.

Brilliant venue, and fabulous staff
it is a beautiful venue for a wedding. The Medici Ballroom is a lovely hall, and well air conditioned for even the hottest day. The staff helped us plan all the details beforehand, and were on hand throughout the day to iron out any little problems. Would recommend this to every bride and groom who want peace of mind and a smooth running wedding.

I was a fantastic day!!
My husband and I were helped in every way by the wedding co-ordinator and the team who advised us really well. The room was fab and the food tasty. All our family on both sides were accommodated well in huge bedrooms. I reccommend this hotel to anyone who is getting married.

Thankyou, you made my day even more special than expected!
I would like to share with every potential bride and groom out that what a fantastic team they have at the Renaissance Hotel. We had a few problems with our florist and the Renaissance helped us in find an alternaitve supplier right at the very last minute. I will definitly be recommending this hotel to all.

Fabulous Day!
The venue was amazing and the room beautifully decorated. The staff at the Hotel really helped to make the day special for the bride and groom and nothing was too much trouble. Bedrooms were really big and the food was fantastic. I hope to return for more events!
