Reading Lake Hotel

The Reading Lake Hotel is a unique wedding ceremony and reception venue at Pingewood in Berkshire, within an easy drive from London and many other parts of the country. Being close to the M4 motorway and just outside to Reading Town centre the hotel is surprisingly secluded and boasts stunning picturesque views over the 33-acre lake in the rural countryside making us the perfect setting to celebrate your wedding.

The hotel has a dedicated, professional and friendly team on hand to assist with the pressure of planning your big day. Packages and catering can be tailored to suit your desires, be it a finger buffet reception or everything from the ceremony, wedding breakfast and evening buffet.

Reading Lake has 81 hotel rooms and can provide overnight stay for the bridal party before the wedding, a fabulous honeymoon suite for the honeymoon couple and accommodation for your wedding guests.

The Windsor Suite is licensed to hold Civil Weddings and Partnership Ceremonies. The suite can seat up to 75 guests for the ceremony.

We recommend the use of the Henley Suite for the wedding breakfast and evening celebration. This is a self-contained suite with a foyer and private bar. It is situated in its own building on the bank of the lake, opening out onto a large patio which can be used for a drinks reception and BBQs in the summer months. The Henley Suite can accommodate up to 75 seated guest for the wedding breakfast and a further 65 guests to attend the evening celebrations.

Both the Windsor and Henley Suites offer natural daylight and fantastic views over the lake, providing a perfect setting for those romantic wedding photographs.
