the hotel and staff is wonderful
Hi Jennie married life is lovely, work is a little stressful but we had a lovely break in paris before going back. wow feedback from richard and myself for your self and the hotel and staff is wonderful. to find a wedding co-ordinator as good as you who takes their time to talk and get to know people is great, you understood what i wanted with me just describing it you made the setting so beautiful, the compliments the food got were also fantastic from all our guests. yourself an all other members of staff couldnt of done enough to make us and our guests more welcome we would recommend you for weddings or just lovely meals, we also thought the dj was fantasic one of the best djs we have seen guestd loved the fact he put the videos up with the music. you may see us from time to time in the restraunt. thank you again for making our day so special and magical. best wishes kerry and richard xxx

Everything we asked you catered for
Ross and I just wanted to say a MASSIVE thank you for all your hard work and dedication you put in for our wedding! Our day was perfect, reception was amazing, and that's all thanks to you and your team! From the first email that I sent you right through to the day we checked out after the wedding, you were brilliant! I couldn't have asked for a better person to guide me through it all! You are an absolute credit to Pinewood! I actually don't think I can put into words how brilliant you all were! Everything we asked you catered for, problems we had you always had a solution for us! Your creativity and input into our day, gave us extra special moments and memories! The menu's, the table plans, the decoration in our room and the screen were amazing! I can honestly say, that without you, we would not have had the day that we had! I am just gutted that we aren't able to return the favour to you! You should be very proud of the hard work that you put in, and the countless happy couples you have given the best day of their life! Also, our entrance in to the room for dinner was brilliant! Such a good idea!! Our wedding was so different to any others that we have been to, and a lot of that is down to you!! Having spoken to people after the wedding, who have said it was the best wedding they have ever been to, others who are married are gutted that they didn't come across your venue, and one couple who want to see if they can get the deposit back from the venue they have just chosen, so that they can come to you!

You made my day very very special
Jennie was professional but friendly. She looked after my every need, with patience before hand due to constant emails from myself (mainly stressful seating plan changes up until the morning of the wedding) and then comfort and constant friendly direction on the day of the wedding. I choose to sing at the reception and Jennie calmed my nerves and prepared me as a friend would, and made sure that throughout the evening i was calm and happy, she took special care with our specific catering needs, and she paid so much careful attention to our decor that the room looked like a dream i could never have imagined. She was more than a wedding planner on my wedding day, she was a friend. She made my day very special, from the moment i met her till the morning after- even helping us get the ballons into the car, greet us at breakfast after what must have been a long night, and wave us off as husband and wife. I couldnt have asked for a more compitent, enthusiastic and helpful wedding planner. Top Marks! I hope to continue a long friendship with her, as she felt like part of the bridal party on the day. Thank you Jennie, You made my day very very special I cannot thank you both enough for what was truly the best day of my life. I mean every word Jennie, you looked after me like you were part of the bridal party. Sorry if i sound soppy but for what was the most amazing day of my life, i couldn’t have asked for a better planner. Myself and Chris would be absolutley delighted to attend your 100th wedding celebration, we cant wait. You deserve a pay rise girl! Congratulations!

the Pinewood which we highly recommended
We held our wedding at the Pinewood Hotel on Saturday 30th July 2011. Jennie co-ordinated the wedding plans on our behalf. From our first booking at one of the wedding fairs we felt very much at home at the Pinewood, the venue itself was perfect both inside and outside, the room set up on the day was fabulous and looked every inch the part, we were delighted with how everything turned out and our guests have all commented on what a wonderful day and evening they all had. Jennie was thoroughly professional and helpful and in fact the day afterwards we met another couple who were thinking about booking the Pinewood which we highly recommended. We would also like to say how good the DJ was he really held the evening together and had everyone without question up and dancing all night. Thank you for all of your help we had an unforgettable day.

Hello Jennie, Thank you very much for an amazing day. Natalie and I had a fantastic time. The Hotel staff were great and Natalie and I are really happy that we choose to have our wedding day at your venue. You and Craig were very helpful and accommodating to our needs both in the planning and on the actual day. Thank you Jennie for being their I know you had recently had an operation and then getting over a cold your help and support on the day was truly appreciated by both Natalie and I. If I was doing it all over again I won't of done it differently other then come and see you guys first! Your recommendations were very helpful and we went with both the florist and photographer you suggested. The food was great on the day and Natalie and I real enjoyed come over a week before the wedding to test the food at the hotel. The restaurant manage was very friendly and made some great suggestions when it came to the wine. The venue its self was great and very pleasing to the eye. The grounds were wonderful and we were able to get some really good wedding pictures. We were worried about the main road initially but this was noticed on the day at all. The hotel rooms are very modern and our guest that stayed the evening were comfortable and well rested. The Honey moon suit was great and had all the morden appliances you would expect and really nice decor. Natalie and I would like to thank all the staff and Jennie for your help in making our day a perfect day.

Pinewood hotel gave us a real day to remember
Jennie and the team at the Pinewood hotel gave us a real day to remember. They were helpful every step of the way and accommodated all of our requirements. On the actual day the staff were helpful and made sure everything went to plan, without being intrusive. The food was amazing, a much higher standard than I have had at many friend's weddings and many of our guests also made similar remarks. The hotel is a fantastic environment to hold a reception, with a lovely garden and a tastefully decorated function room. Great value for money too! we didn't have a huge budget, but the Pinewood were able to give us a first class service without ripping us off. Which meant we were able to spend more on the important things, like Champagne!!

Hi jennie, The venue was amazing just the right size we had everything we needed u were very helpful and accommodating and excited for us, we didn't feel stressed as u were always in contact with us via email .The food was amazing people are still talking about it and also thinking of booking for a party/ wedding . A Special Day Made All That More Memorable
From the very prompt and reassuring reply I received from the amazing wedding co-ordinator, Jennie, to the genuinely warm service we received throughout from all the staff including the “hands on” General Manager - Craig, I honestly feely our event could not have got any better even with months and months of planning. In the panic of trying to sort something out lastminute, the immediate response to emails and steady stream of follow up phonecalls was most re-assuring. No request was too big and nothing seemed too much trouble. I honestly felt our special day was in good hands. Come our big day, we were not disappointed and even the very high expectations of my blushing bride were exceed. We arrived to a very warm welcome, red carpet and glass of champagne Almost on cue the rain stayed away for a day and despite the cold winter weather that can be expected in a February wedding, the exterior gardens of the hotel provided some fantastic photography opportunities! The interior of the venue has a very contemporary and warm feel to it with the jewel in the crown being the flawless functions rooms. The room provided suited our needs perfectly. Set-up wise, even given the short turnaround time, the attention to detail was immaculate and everything was picture perfect. I was most impressed with the vast choices on the wedding menus and the food served was simply divine. All of our guests commented favourably on their culinary experience which for some was the highlight of a very enjoyable day.

Hello Jennie Thanks you for your email, we are getting used to being husband and wife although i keep signing my name as maiden name instead of marriage name, ha ha! I have been meaning to email you since we got back from honeymoon just been soo busy ! I wanted to thank you so much for all your help with our wedding reception. You personally have been great and your advice and support was invaluable. You and all the staff at Pinewood were more than accommodating and I will recommend your venue without a doubt! We had a fantastic time and everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves. The toilets were a big hit with the men, ha ha. The food was amazing (so I’m told) so compliments to the chef as well. to sum up our experience with you in one word - Perfect ... KR Emma

Everyone made our day so special
Jennie, It's lovely to hear from you. Married life is going well, I'm still getting used to being called Mrs Ladd and still in the process of changing my name on everything. I can't believe it's been over two weeks already since we got married, time just fly’s. We were so pleased with how everything came together on the day and everyone commented on the superb evening buffet that you laid on, whilst I never got to see or try it myself it really has been a talking point, so please pass our compliments to the chef. Everyone made our day so special. Thank you for all your hard work. We are going to arrange to dine in your restaurant when we get back from our honeymoon so hopefully bump into you. Truly perfect day
Hi Jennie, Ben and I had a truly perfect day, we could not have wished for it to have been any better! All our guests commented on how amazing the food was, not only the main meal but all my evening guests commented on the lovely buffet food too. In fact one of my work colleagues told me he had about 20 slices of pizza!!! As far as all the staff are concerned, we couldn't have asked for better. You were wonderful and attentive, and we really couldn't have asked for a better person to be looking after us. I would also like to mention that Ben and I were very impressed with your Food and Beverage Manager, as we watched him checking every plate before it was placed down in front of our guests. Even when we were away, I know I had a flat tyre and the staff there were trying to get it changed for me! Lynda's flowers were amazing, and all the guests who got to take a posy home said that they lasted for almost 2 weeks! I have had lots of comments on how well matched everything was colour wise, which i know will make Lynda smile! I have lots of photos of the flowers, which I will send on to Lynda. The disco was fab too. Everyone danced, and he played such a wide range of music, and all the songs I asked for!! He was also very accommodating when one of my rather tipsy bridesmaids asked for tunes like 'hear the drummer get wicked' and the like!! Ben and I have already recommended the restaurant to many of our friends, and if anyone to ever ask for a reference we would be more than happy to provide you with a glowing one.
