CELEBRATE the most special day of your life in the beautiful Thames-side surroundings of Phyllis Court Club.  

Situated on Cromwell’s Wall built on the Thames at Henley in 1643, you could arrive or depart by boat or have an especially arranged river trip as part of a unique day and occasion.  

Phyllis Court offers a choice of elegant and individually styled function rooms ranging from the Grandstand Pavilion on the water’s edge (with panoramic views along the river) to the beautiful Georgian panelled function rooms in the main House.

Your Wedding Coordinator will work with you to ensure every detail of your bespoke wedding has been arranged – from colour schemes to the exquisite cuisine prepared by our young Head Chef, Greg Lewis, who has experience in Michelin-starred establishments.

Phyllis Court takes pride in good service, whether for a select party of 20 or a grand affair for 250; experienced and friendly staff take care of every detail.

You may also choose to hold your Civil Ceremony at Phyllis Court in a suite with either the river or the splendid grounds as stunning backdrops.

Staying at Phyllis Court is an occasion in itself. You and your wedding guests can enjoy one of the 17 luxury en-suite bedrooms which have views of the Thames or gardens.

Phyllis Court even has its own helicopter pad for you to arrive by air.

      Unique Setting
      I got married in the Grandstand Pavilion in March 1999. The day was beautiful and location stunning. The staff were attentive, but not intrusive. The food was fantastic and comments from our guests were that they had never been to a wedding like it before. Our guests felt specical, relaxed and were looked after in everyway. The Management and organisers were very helpful and the advice we received was brilliantin the planning stages. I would not hesitate to recommend this venue to anyone who is looking for a Wedding day that exceeds their every expectation.

      A wonderful venue for a wedding reception
      We had our wedding reception here in Feb 2004 and it was fantastic. I cannot fault the service, food, location, rooms or any of the staff in any way. The attention to detail was fantastic - as a bride they treated me like a queen, there was always someone there whenever I needed them (but not in an obtrusive way). The planning was organised and they were very accommodating. Very reasonably priced too for a fairly exclusive venue. All my guests were very impressed too.

      Fabulous!
      Went to a work do here a few years ago and was really impressed. Great location, great buildings and great service. Every time my glass was close to empty, the waiter was there to fill it straight away!
