The location of choice for Vogue and Marie Claire, Pennard House is the epitome of dreamy English elegance - a beautiful, family-owned Georgian Manor House set in secluded gardens, offering a magical setting for your perfect wedding day.

We have a grand licensed room in the house for civil ceremonies, or if you prefer a church wedding or blessing, the picturesque village church is just a short walk across the lawn.

Following your ceremony, the large south facing lawn complete with rose gardens and Victorian lake provides the perfect setting for a champagne reception. Then move to our newly renovated Coach House to celebrate in style.

The stunning C18th Coach House has been converted to a modern events venue, set over two floors and beautifully finished. There is an intimate dining area upstairs and downstairs a bar, dance floor and seating area. With a fitted kitchen, toilets and sound and lighting system, there is no need to hire these at extra costs.

For accommodation, you have complimentary use of the beautiful Blue Room bridal suite and we can also provide further B&B accommodation for your guests.

Our aim is for your wedding day to happen in a magical, unforgettable venue while also feeling like a home away from home.

      Perfect day
      Everything about our wedding at Pennard house was perfect. The location is simply stunning! The rose garden by the ponds with the little gate leading up to the main house is magical. Pennard House has loads of character and certainly doesn't feel like your average venue. It feels exclusive and special but also homely and welcoming. It's a real family business and Martin and Susie worked really hard to make our day exactly how we wanted it to be.

      Perfect wedding in a dream location!
      There are many ingredients necessary for the perfect wedding and location comes very high on the list! Pennard House is the dream location where the English rural country idyll meets stately romance. We shall treasure the memories of our wedding day at Pennard House; walking to the Church "through the little gate" at the bottom of the lawn, celebrating with Champagne, canapes and jazz at the pool, discovering the romance of the rose garden and dancing hand in hand on the lawn. Thank you Susie and Martin for sharing beautiful Pennard House with us and our guests.
