We are one of the predominant Venues for hire in Oxfordshire, with three large function rooms and eleven smaller multi-functional rooms available to suit all events.

Oxford Town hall is a popoular licensed venue for civil ceremonies and receptions for which we have many years experience.  Our venue gives you the opportunity to hold your special day in this impressive historic setting.

Perfect for a ceremony, drinks reception and wedding breakfast Oxford Town Hall can accomodate up to 300 wedding guests in one of our three magnificent wood panelled rooms or if you wish for a more intimate ceremony and reception we have a number of smaller rooms to choose from.

Our in house caterer, Fosters Events, have been delivering catering of the highest calibre for over fifty years.  With bespoke menus created by award winning chefs, their delicious and imaginative dishes will delight you and your guests.

As well as catering, Fosters Events offers event planning to ensure that no detail of your day is left to chance.  Whether you require entertainment, furniture hire or specialist decoration we work with a variety of trusted suppliers to provide all the services that make your event unique and special.  To offer complete peace of mind their service includes an event manager.
