One Whitehall Place is the ultimate landmark location, boasting unbeatable views of the River Thames and the London Eye, this Grade 1 listed building offers wonderful services in a setting of unequalled grandeur, with no compromising on its architectural and decorative elegance. Adjoined by our 5 star sister property, The Royal Horseguards Hotel, winner of the AA London Hotel of the year 2010/2011, offers our Wedding Guests a wonderful place in which to relax and enjoy marvellous hospitality. 

Founded in 1887, by four times Prime Minister William Gladstone, One Whitehall Place became home to the National Liberal Club, other famous residents include; Sir Winston Churchill, Lord Kitchener and Grand Duke Michael of Russia, to name a few.

Our stunning suites offer the ideal setting for those desiring a prestigious Wedding Ceremony, with many of its beautiful original features still visible, not to mention, playing host to Europe’s Largest, free standing, Sicilian marble spiral staircase.

One Whitehall Place has so much to offer within its eight desirable suites, catering for up to 350 guests, as well as providing access to the enchanting Embankment Gardens from our Terrace Garden, with the spectacular Thames backdrop.

Complimenting our sumptuous venue is our dedicated Weddings team whom strive to cater to all aspects of our clients needs, also offering tailor made, bespoke wedding packages to suit various personal desires.

      An amazing venue
      We got married at One Whitehall Place in December 2009 and had the most perfect day. The food is the best I've had at any wedding ever and the staff couldn't do enough for us and our guests. A lot of guests stayed at Royal Horseguards and had the most wonderful time there as well. Highly recommend it!

      Thank you so much Laura, for making our day so special. We had a truly amazing day!! The ceremony and reception was just stunning and all our guest commented how beautiful it all was and the food was fantastic!! The weather was kind to us, just very windy. At least it stayed dry all day :) We go on honeymoon tomorrow to Costa Rica - so cannot wait for some relaxation. Once again, thank you to you and all your staff for all the hard work!       Perfect City Wedding Venue
      We had an amazing December wedding day at One Whitehall Place. The venue itself and the views from the Reading and Writing Room are stunning but the service we received from Carmen and Miriam both in the lead up and on the day was also excellent and helped everything run very smoothly. All our guests commented on how fabulous the venue and the food was.

      A truly memorable experience
      I have never completed a review before as I have alwyas believed they were probably false. Well this is a 100% genuine and I am compelled to write as the service, the venue, the price and all the little things that made our day so special are unsurpassed in London. We had a multi national guest list and they were all blown away. I have no hesitation in recommending One Whitehall as they were simply excellent.

      What an amazing venue.
      We held our wedding here in October 2011 and had the most amazing day. We had 150 guests to our wedding ceremony in the Whitehall Suite and then afterwards we had a dinner and dance held in the Gladstone Library. We wanted a wow venue and that is exactly what Whitehall Place is. Thank you to everyone for all their hard work.
