I am writting to praise your staff at Oakley Hall. My Daughter kerri harvey had her wedding reception there on saturday and your staff treated everyone with courtesy and respect. Nothing was too much trouble,The accomodation was stunning, the food wow and at the right temperature. Everything was perfect. Katja the events organiser was fantastic, she made my daughter feel like a movie star. Nothing was too much trouble, she didnt complain once even though kerri kept sending her e-mails to make adjustments. I would highly recommend Oakley Hall for any event. I am proud to say my daughter had her wedding reception at OAKLEY HALL. Sincere Thanks to everyone at oakley hall

Please will you thank everyone involved for the wonderful lunch the six of us enjoyed in the restaurant yesterday. The food was spectacular and we would like to thank Suzi for her excellent care of us throughout our lovely meal. Also to thank the tall, dark-haired young man who also was involved with taking care of us in the dining room. We could not have wished for better service or better food, everything was perfect. I would also like to thank the staff generally at the hotel. Most weeks I visit the hotel and the staff will probably recall me, as the lady who brings another older lady in a wheelchair to have tea on the terrace or in the lounge some time each week. Every time we visit we are treated with great kindness and helpfulness and nothing is ever too much trouble. especially over things like bringing the wheelchair in. We really enjoy coming and wish we knew everyone's names so we could mention them personally to thank them. Michael has served us many times and is always lovely. So thank you once again for a great lunch. We shall certainly come again and will recommend you to family and friends. Please could you make sure that the wonderful team of staff are aware of our thanks to them all.

Many many thanks for all your help making it the dream wedding for Rebecca. Both she and Terry were absolutely delighted with the way the day went so smoothly and thoroughly enjoyed every minute. Please thank all the staff on duty that day for their polite and attentive service. All our guests were very vocal in their praise for the setting and hospitality of Oakley Hall. It was everything we could have wished for.

Hi Hannah, Oakley hall and your team excelled themselves!! What a day, we were so lucky with the weather. Your team were amazing, Narayan was always there for any questions and always double checking everything was in order and instructing his team of smiley people on every inch of our needs. It makes a big difference when people smile and we felt that the whole team was so cheerful and helpful. Please thank everyone who helped with such brilliant service. The food was incredible with lots and lots of compliments about the level of the quality of it. Wines were great and always topped up. The marquee looked amazing with our flowers and your quality of cutlery and tables etc etc. We had the best day ever. The breakfast the next morning blew as away as well, eggs Benedict, wow wee, they were perfect so please please pass on all our compliments to all the chefs. A big thank you to yourself obviously for all your hard work arranging everything with our last minute changes etc etc. All the best and again a big thank you to everyone. The new Mr and Mrs Shorten.

To everyone at Oakley Hall, a belated thank you for making our wedding day so special on the 16th April. It was truly a perfect day and we would not of changed anything. Please accept our heartfelt appreciation for everything your team did for us on Friday to make our special day really special. We chose oakley because it offered absolutely the perfect setting for our wedding but in our wildest dreams we could not have expected the whole event to run so smoothly and efficiently. This is very much down to the team that you have in place there. Without exception every member of staff was courteous and helpful and even the smallest request was no trouble to fulfil. Each and every one went out of there way to ensure that we could relax, sit back and enjoy ourselves. We are most grateful to you all for your attentive ministrations - thank you very much indeed.
