Organising your wedding should be an enjoyable experience and we will do all that we can to help and advise you, so that you can be sure of having the day you want. The suggestions that follow are only examples of what we can do; we will be happy to discuss your own ideas and preferences and how best we can carry them out on the day for you.

When you have the date, arrange and book your reception. We will be more than happy to offer any professional advice on catering matters, styles of seating arrangements and anything else you may be unsure of.

Our Wedding programmes are priced from £58.00 per person with evening food options starting from £7.50

Our Lant suite can cater for a maximum number of 120 for the wedding breakfast and upto 180 guests for the evening reception. We also have a marquee which can cater for a maximumn number of 240 for the wedding breakfast and upto 300 guests for the evening reception.

We also hire our marquee on a room hire only basis so you can bring in your own caterers prices for this option start from £6000.00.

Our Ricks Bar/Bistro area & Terrace suite are licensed for civil ceremonies the costs starting from £475.00.

      nothing seemed to be too much trouble
      i had my wedding reception in the new section ricks it was stunning claire was our wedding co ordinator and was very helpful the night manager was really helpful at the end of the night making sandwiches for hungry guesta and sorting out taxi for very drunk guests

      Professional, friendly and looking to make your day special
      Absolutely fantastic from beginning to end. Staff really seemed to care and could not be any more helpful. A big thank you to Carole who looked after us on the day and made sure everything ran smoothly. We were married in the old part of the hotel and the setting for the photos was lovely. Food was excellent too. All in all a great place to tie the knot.
