A week has now gone by since the great event and we have had time to clear our heads and have realised how smoothly every thing went on the day. What's more, from everybody who have congratulated us and thanked us for a wonderful day, it is very apparent that everything was well managed, organised and superbly run with great comments on the food. For example, three different people have said it was the best food they have ever had at a wedding. Some compliment which we feel should be passed on to James and Charlie from Pop Creative Food. So impressed with everything at Mountains
We are just on our way to the airport but didn't want to go without saying a massive thank you to you and all the other staff at Mountains for making our day absolutely perfect. All the guests were so impressed with every aspect of the day, and so were we. The venue looked amazing, the food by Pop Creative Food was amazing, the staff were all lovely and the entire day went without hitch. We will be recommending you to everyone! Our wedding day was truly perfect, it was simply the best day of our lives. The venue was absolutely beautiful but it was the team at Mountains that really gave us our perfect wedding. Jenny and Helen you truly made us feel that our wedding was special, it's obvious you love what you do and that each wedding is individually important to you. You are so generous with your time and advice. Thank you Jenny you for making the whole process seem so easy, we are so unorganised, but you were always there to help us and answer any questions. Your calmness on the day helped us all, our families couldn't believe how relaxed we were and that was down to you. Helen you had so many wonderful ideas, all of them fitting in perfectly to our vintage tea party theme. Your enthusiasm and creativity was fantastic and contagious! On the day of the wedding the venue was absolutely stunning, better than we could have imagined. There was beautiful detail everywhere we looked! We would also like to thank Dan from All Bars, who was excellent during the evening. Dan and his team ensured that we spent as much time with our guests as possible and took care of everything. It was this quality of service through all the Mountains team which we will remember so fondly. Everybody felt the day was really personal and truly reflected us as a couple. . The venue was absolutely beautiful but it was the team at Mountains that really gave us our ideal wedding. It was just perfect.

Fantastic food at Mountains
We had the most fantastic day at Mountains. The one part of our wedding we had the most confidence in was Pop Creative Food. After meeting James and Charlie, we knew we were in very safe hands and that our guests were going to get a gourmet treat! When planning a wedding its rare you have genuine faith in a supplier as you put so much work into every aspect of the day, but Pop were excellent. All the staff especially Steve (front of house?) were brilliant, extremely professional and very approachable. The food didn't disappoint and the service excelled, what more can we say! A perfect venue
I was hugely grateful for the one-to-one attention I was given by the events managers at Mountains Country House. The venue itself is spectacular and with help from Helen we were able to decorate it just as I had imagined. We were extremely impressed with Pop Creative Food who were hugely helpful and accommodating towards us and the food was simply perfect.

An English Vintage Wedding
I would like to thank you personally for everything that you did to make such a special day for Sarah and James. As we said when we booked, we were attracted to the venue because of the excellent and generous provision of under-cover areas in the event of rain! (Ironic, because, as you know, that was indeed what happened: the wettest July Saturday for some time!) In addition, the lovely marquee, with the well appointed disco area, toilets and dining area were very appealing. We appreciated how you and the Mountains staff coped so well with our particular preferences and ideas, the vagaries of the English weather, a photographer unfamiliar with the venue. (He was most impressed, as you will have noted!) Also the food by Pop Creative Food was simply delicious. In particular,I especially enjoyed the afternoon tea “nibbles”. The cream-tea scones were an unexpected treat, and the dinner menu was very interesting, and most enjoyable. Sarah said it was the perfect wedding. What more could a mother ask?

Everything was absolutely perfect!
I have been desperate to say a HUGE thank you to all of you for everything that you did to make the wedding day so perfect and smooth! It was beyond expectation and imagination and I can't believe how smoothly it seemed to go from where we were. The grounds were beautiful, the ceremony personal and intimate, the flowers breathtaking and exactly how we imagined. The food was simply divine and beautifully presented by Pop Creative food! Thank you Pop for creating a menu with an Asian and British fusion. Everyone had a really fabulous day and its all thanks to you all! An Amazing Wedding
Anna and Steven Warne would like to thank Jenny and the team at Mountains Country House for an amazing wedding. Mountains is a venue which dreams are made of, beautiful, chilled and above all exclusive for just your wedding day (no wedding factory in sight). The entire team couldn’t do more for you, Helen with all the flowers and decorative items made the venue look amazing, Raf and the DJ’s completely took every request on and the dance floor was full all night, The team at All Bars kept the drinks flowing and Mark and his AZRA team did an amazing Wedding breakfast to which everyone commented. Steven and I would recommend this venue and the team as they are all amazing!!!

We wanted to say thank you to Shirley and all at Mountains for their help in putting togehter and delivering such a wonderful day for us.
