Absolutely magical
We got married on 3rd December 2011 and I honestly couldn’t rate Mill Hall highly enough. Within 5mins of seeing the venue and meeting Faye, we knew it was the place for us, and was more than we could ever dream of. Faye was such a fantastic support before the day itself, everything was so clear and transparent, nothing was too big an ask and I felt in such safe hands, which really enabled us to enjoy the preparations. Paul, the chef, was exceptional – top quality food, perfectly cooked lamb for 130 people, such generous portions (!), and went out of his way to accommodate special requests to give everything that personal touch. Fran, the duty manager, was equally fantastic on the day at making sure everything ran smoothly, all the small details happened, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. The atmosphere on the day was just fantastic, and I know a huge part of it was down to how relaxed we were, looking around the beautiful room, knowing that our wedding day was in such safe hands. And of course not only is the venue itself stunning, but the fact that all the profits go to charity is just perfect. I would give them 10 stars if I could. A big thank you to the team – we have such treasured memories to keep for the rest of our lives. I would recommend this venue without hesitation to anyone.

A perfect venue for your perfect day.
We got married on September 10th 2011. The day was magical, and for that we have to thank Faye, Paul, Jo and all their staff. The grounds are amazing and perfect for all the photographs you will take to remember the day. There is a large play area which the children loved and the parents appreciated as well! All our guests commented on the fantastic food and the professional and friendly service received from all the staff. We would highly recommend that you visit Mill Hall as we are sure that you will fall in love with it as we did.

Fan-blooming-tastic!
We got married at Mill Hall on 28 May 2011. I can honestly say it was the best day our lives and a large part of that was down to Faye, Paul and the team at Mill Hall. The building speak for itself - a beautiful building and stunning grounds making the perfect backdrop for the day. Support and preparation in the build up was fantastic and a real calming influence on the usual wedding chaos. On the day the wedding ran so smoothly - staff were fantastic and attentive but were able to blend into the background when required. The food was exceptional, as was the service. We were so lucky to come across this little treasure of a venue, and wish anyone who finds it enjoys themselves as much as we did.

Perfect in every way
We got married on the 4th June at Mill Hall. I cannot imagine having my wedding anywhere else, from the stunning venue to the exceptional staff, every aspect of the day was perfect. We had some special requests for the day, from unusual entertainment to some special dietary needs, but nothing was an issue to Faye, Paul or Jo. The waiting staff too were professional and everyone is a credit to Mill Hall. The attention to detail throughout the planning to the running of the day itself was overwhelming, every detail was thought about and we felt in control of what was going to happen and that we had an input, but that we could trust Faye, Paul and Jo completely so it took all of the stress away from us so that we could relax and enjoy it. The venue is jaw-dropping, from the Great Hall to the pond, everything about Mill Hall is perfect, the food is of such a high standard that everyone enjoyed every mouthful! Everything at Mill Hall makes you feel that it is all personal, you don't feel like just another wedding, it’s exactly what my husband and I were looking for when we started looking at venues and we got exactly what we wanted from Mill Hall and we cannot recommend the venue and the people highly enough. The best decision we made – after saying yes of course!!

Truely Amazing
We held our wedding at Mill Hall 21st May 2011. It was absolutely the most perfect day. Everyone at Mill Hall was amazing, from the minute we visited before booking to the end of the night, we could not have asked to be better looked after and in such fabulous surroundings! We could not recommend this venue highly enough.

The most perfect day imaginable
We got married on 14th May 2011 at the gorgeous Mill Hall, the venue is truely stunning, but what made the day so special was the attention to detail all the staff at Mill Hall gave. Faye is amazing, from start to finish she made the whole process stress free and kept in close contact. Paul the chef is such a lovely guy and his food is exceptional; nothing is too much trouble and even blew us away at the menu tasting. Fran on the day kept me calm and organised everything without a hitch. I really can't thank you enough, it couldn't have been more perfect. It surpassed every expectation I had, all my family and friends commented on the fantastic food and stunning venue, everyone had such a great day. I'm so glad I chose Mill Hall. Great memories. Thanks guys.

Top Staff, Top Venue, Top Day
From start to finish our wedding day was planned very easily with the help of Faye. The duty manager Fran was excellent and her team worked very well to cope with the amount of guests we had to feed and drink. All our guests commented on how good the food was and that was thanks to Paul and his crew. Mill Hall is truly a gem that makes any wedding day magical!!

Amazing
We got married September 4, 2010. Although we live in Canada we found everything ran smoothly. Faye was fantastic in organizing everything. Fran made it run smoothly on the day. Paul - we have had so many guests say how wonderful the food was (which we of course already knew after the amazing tasting). Everything was truly amazing from the venue / grounds to the fantastic staff. To top it all the proceeds from our day go to Mary Hare School.

We celebrated our wedding at Mill Hall in the cold month of February where our guests were welcomed with Winter Pimms, Champagne and a warm open log fire in an immaculately presented Grand hall complemented with oak panelling and our choice of flowers. From the early preparation stages months before right through to our last dance the staff were helpful, friendly and extremely professional. We still receive comments from our guests on the sensational setting, great food and wonderful staff. Mill Hall really is a hidden gem and we would have no hesitation in recommending it to other couples looking for a venue that will impress. Thank you Mill Hall for making our already memorable day even more special.

Stunning Venue and Amazing service
We had a winter wedding at Mill Hall and it was perfect. We cannot speak highly enough of all the staff - especially Faye the coordinator and Paul the Chef - who made all the preparations and the day itself so easy. We enjoyed an amazingly beautiful ceremony, complete with log fire and Xmas tree and while our guests had wonderful canapés they turned the room around to host a stunning reception with exquisite food. In the evening we had a ceilidh in the adjacent room and the whole thing could not have gone better. We would recommend Mill Hall to anyone.

Fantastic venue - highly recommended
We married at Mill Hall on 18th July and I cannot praise it enough. The staff, espeically Paul Leverton the head chef, and Faye Oliver the coordinator were absolutely fantastic the whole way through. Pre-wedding all queries and requests were quickly answered. On the day everything was perfect, stress free and the staff were accomodating and skilled. The food was wonderful, the venue beautiful and what makes it even more appealing is that it''s all for the Mary Hare charity!

Excellent in every way!
The Mill Hall staff and wedding co-ordinator provided us with excellent service all the way through the planning process & on the day itself. Nothing was too much trouble, the food was first class & the location was stunning. We couldn''t have wished for a better venue for our special day!
