Congratulations to you both on your forthcoming Wedding Day. We are delighted that you are considering using Mere Court Hotel as your wedding venue. Our friendly and professional team, are on hand to guarantee that your day will be a truly memorable and enjoyable one for both you and your guests.

Standing in 7 acres of gardens and grounds, with an ornamental lake, we are able to offer truly idyllic surroundings for that perfect day.

We are delighted to offer a choice of five rooms to hold your wedding Ceremony, the most popular being our Arboreum Restaurant with Chandeliers, Oak beams and a view of the lake.

We can accommodate Weddings from 10 to 150 guests for your Wedding Breakfast and upto 200 Guests for your Evening Reception. Friday, Saturday & Sunday Weddings must have minimum numbers of 70 Adults for the Wedding Breakfast and 100 Adults for the Evening Reception.

We now offer a 10% discount for Sunday Weddings and 15% discount for Monday - Thursday Weddings in the months of October - March.

Summary information

Between Monday and Thursday we are happy to accommodate for the more intimate wedding with smaller numbers. The hotel boasts 34 bedrooms many with Jacuzzi Spa Baths and King Size Beds, including two 4 Posters and various suites. We offer reduced accommodation rates for any guests in your wedding party wishing to stay the night of the Wedding. We also offer an exclusive package at the hotel. This includes all public areas, including our Arboreum restaurant.

      Fantastic setting for a wonderful day!
      The perfect setting for a romantic and intimate wedding. As we had a winter wedding the hotel was very flexible in allowing us to use a different room for the ceremony, the wedding breakfast and the reception. The Duty Manager acted as our Master of Ceremonies and could not have been more helpful. I would wholeheartedly recommend the venue to anyone in the Cheshire area.

      The perfect Venus
      I was married here in July 2003 - all that i can say is that is was the most perfect venue. The grounds are lovely and the new conservatory made for a wonderful wedding breakfast setting. The staff were superb and did more than we could ever have wished for.
