Wedding ReviewA fantastic day that went out with out a hitch. The staff could not do enough for us in the preparation for the day and delivered excellent service. They all went above and beyond to get the wedding that was unique and individual to what we wanted. We will recommending the venue to all our friends and family for any occasion and we will be back in the future. We truly want to extend our thanks to everyone on the day who went above and beyond their duties.

Absolutely amazingWe had our civil ceremony reception at the Mercure, Maidstone last year. Planning our ceremony was stressful enough as it was and the wedding planners at Mercure made it stress free! The service was amazing, food was lovely, all the staff were so friendly and helpful. Everyone within our party commented that our ceremony was in fact the best do they had been to in ages!

FantasticTom and I have just returned from our honeymoon last night. We went to Australia and Dubai for just over 3 weeks so had the best time ever. Back to reality now though. Still we have all our cards and gifts to open and looking forward to catching up with our family and friends over the bank holiday weekend. The wedding feels like so long ago already however, we had such a fantastic time. David and the team did a fantastic job in getting the room set up and ensuring the day ran according to plan. We couldn't have wished for a better and smooth running day. Even the weather held up for us. All our family and friends seemed to enjoy the day also and as far as I am aware there were no complaints from anyone, certainly not from Tom and myself. The room looked absolutely beautiful, Tom and I were able to add our finishing touches on the Friday night as well as catch up with all our family who were staying at the hotel so it was just perfect. Thank you Kirsty for all your help and support from day one. You did a brilliant job in ensuring everything was as we asked - we shall certainly be recommending you and the Ramada to friends and family.

Professional service and such glorious weatherMy brother had his wedding here last year. The one thing that really sticks with me is the top class service. The guy in charge (forget what they are called) was so professional and was always on hand to help, even the following morning when we were all leaving the hotel. The weather was glorious which was helpful with photo locations as they could use the grounds, however I think they would have been stuck if it had been raining.All in all a fantastic day
