Excellent Venue for a WeddingEverything for our wedding ran well and the Penny Farthing Suite looked amazing. We received many compliments from our guests about how much they enjoyed the day and especially how excellent the food was.

Fantastic VenueWe would like to say how wonderful a day we had when we got married in the Penny Farthing Suite last year in December. The staff and wedding co-ordinator were really helpful.

We are now left with many lovely memories.Your professionalism, courteous manner, advice and assistance that you have given to us has been exceptional. The number of comments expressed by the guests who stayed with you over the weekend led us to beleive that they will certainly use the Last Drop Village again. We would like to thank them all those who were involved in what for us will be an occasion we will never forget.

Fantastic Venue for Kosher WeddingsOur family celebrated the wedding of our daughter at the Last Drop Village Hotel. We were very impressed with the service that we received from all members of staff, most especially from Mr Gerry McGee, Tom Ashton & Margaret Graham. We can honestly say that we never experienced such hands-on help and attention to detail as that freely and happily offered by the aforementioned as well as by the ancillary staff. No detail was overlooked, and nothing was too much trouble. Everyone who attended the wedding was similarly impressed.

What a venueAll aspects of the day ran smoothly and the hotel staff were faultless. The catering staff must be commended. An overwhelming number of guests commented on the quality and speed of service for the meal. It was hot and most importantly it tasted simply fantastic. Our day was simply perfect.

Wonderful venueWe organised a wedding for our daughter on 14th aug at the Last Drop and it was a wonderful day. The grooms family came up from London and they had a wonderful time in the Hotel and wondering around the shops. The staff and food was out of this world and we could not find any faults.

An ideal setting for a traditional receptionThe last drop village is a tiny village set in its own grounds. With lovely surounding scenery this is an ideal place for your reception or maybe even the ceremony. The wedding co-ordinater is fabulous and all the staff give you 100% all of the time. It is very good value for money and there is plenty of things to do, visit the tearooms, the bookshop/toyshop, the tiny but lovely jewellers or the bakery. The wishing well is a lovely backdrop to your photos. The rooms are very comfortable and well equipped and there is 24hr room service. You cant go far wrong with this Macdonald hotel.
