School Prom
I am writing to thank you and your staff for all the help and support you provided both before and during our year 11 ball. It was an excellent event and was greatly enjoyed by all the students and staff. This was the first year we have held our ball at the Grange but I am sure it will not be the last! Christmas Party
A stunning first impression as you drive to this hotel, the snow and the effect from the lights that sparkle around the grounds are stunning. A defininte kodak moment for me and my friends on the red carpet as you enter the hotel. The service was first class and food was served hot and promptly. There were plenty of staff on hand to ensure that the food, alcohol and customer service were on tap and so that we weren't left wanting for anything. The after dinner entertainment was also excellent. My friends and I would definitely recommend this venue for a great all round party and will be booking early next year to ensure that we don't miss out.

Weekend Break

What a wonderful day
From day one Claire, Michelle and the other wedding co-ordinators have been fantastic and nothing has been too much trouble. We were so worried about passing everything over to the hotel staff on the night before our wedding as we wanted everything to be arranged (tables etc) just as we wanted. However, we need not have worried as everything went exactly to plan. On the day itself we were guided through every part of the day by the staff and not one thing was overlooked. Much of this was down to “Val” who ensured that the room looked perfect and that both ourselves and the guests received exactly what they wanted and also, Dave the toastmaster whose service was superb! All in all we had a magical day, everyone did. Everyone commented on the fantastic food and service and we will not hesitate in recommending the venue to friends. I wanted to write and let you know about the wonderful wedding and experience we had with the staff at the Ramada Grange Bristol, Winterbourne on Friday 6th August 2010. All of the staff we met were friendly, helpful and very professional! From our initial meeting with Claire & Michelle right through to correspondence after our wedding, all of the staff at the hotel were absolutely brilliant! Claire and Michelle made the planning and organisation very easy and simple for us, and more importantly, stress free. Val was amazing before and on the day (particularly as we made a couple of unusual requests). She was friendly, thoroughly professional, organised and on totally the ball. Dave Stallworthy was very supportive and professional before and during the wedding, ensuring that we didnt have any worries or concerns at anytime. He was very helpful to not only us, but also with our guests and photographer. Also, the menu was perfect! Many guests said they loved the food. Before we got married at the Grange a number of friends had said that they had been to weddings there and were very impressed. From our own experience, I can confidently say that my husband and I, along with friends and family, shall be singing the praises of the professional and amazing staff at the Grange.
