This was all we could have hoped for really. The location is perfect, the barn and surrounding buildings ideal, the staff helpful and professional all round. We weren't sold extras that we didn't need, they went out of their way to get in extras I did want (such as some decent ale!). Their recommendations for the main reception meal (Carringtons) and the local butcher for the evening hog roast were superb. When everyone you invited contacts you to say how great everything was, you know things went well. Would recommend without reservation and would like to be invited back to someone else's wedding here. We spent a lot of time looking at venues in south Lancashire/north Merseyside and this one was the best and competitively priced.

A Perfect Venue
From the minute we walked into the Tithe Barn when looking for a venue, we knew it was right place for us. Exclusive use, no need to move between sites and the great help from Pam & Sue from the day we booked to the actual day of the service. Whole day was faultless and went so quickly. All day (and ever since) the comments from our guests were how wondeful and special the venue was, the service, the food - infact everything Thanks to Pam & Sue from both of us (and special thanks for allowing the laser show!)

Exceptional service
You never normally take note of the service at weddings, everything just sort of happens. That is until you go to a wedding where the service is exceptional. Not only do you notice it but you spend a good hour with your friends the day afterwards discussing it. Thank you for making our friends day perfect.

our daughter and son in law had their reception at meols hall on march 20th 2010 it was beautiful! We had so many compliments on the venue, the food and the whole day. Pam and Sue were so helpful and supportive and Carringtons were excellent, the food was outstanding the most beautiful wedding ever would not hesitate to recommend it thankyou for their perfect day.

Wonderful venue, highly professional service
We were married here on the 3rd of October 2009 and the venue lived up to my very high expectations. Fromt he moment I saw the place in Feb 08 I knew this is where I wanted our wedding to be held. It is simply stunning and the service provided by Pam and Sue was amazing. Throughout the planning process they were there to consider every request and question I had. Mary did our flowers and it was absolutley as I wanted. Carringtons were also amazing. Quite a few people have said this was the best wedding they have ever been to and I put a large portion of the praise down to Meol''s Hall. Our weater was too windy for outside pictures but we had plenty of lovely indoor options. Honestly- please consider this venue for your wedding. It will not let you down.
