We got married on Aug 7th 2010 at Mangapp. The day was better than we could ever ask for. The floating gazebo is beautiful and the grounds make for some lovely pictures formal and informal. The owners Kate & Ben have a dedicated team of staff and ensure everything runs like clockwork but at the same time are very calm and discreet. Our guests feedback was that they all had a beautiful day aswell. Thank you Mangapp Manor and all it's staff for a day we will alway cherish.

Our Perfect Day
We got married in July 2010 and had the best day of our lives! The venue was outstanding with beautiful gardens making a fantastic backdrop. There was plenty of room for all our guests to roam and the staff were professional and helped run the day like clockwork. Kate & Ben were amazing in their advice and helping all our plans come to life. We couldn't have asked for better!

AMAZING
We got married here on 25th July 09 and had the most fantastic day. Everything was perfect! Kate and Ben were brilliant help with organising. You if you are getting married or attending a wedding here you will love it.

FANTASIC
I attended Kylie and Toms wedding in August. Was beautiful venue and fantasic service. Ideal venue however the website doesnt do it justice. Back in three weeks for my sisters wedding and I cant wait!

i got married here when it was my parents housei lived there 1979-2005 in 2002 as did my sister in 1999. we wouldnt have chosen anywhere in the world other than here to get married, you are lucky things indeed if you get married here, from what i hear the weddings since we moved out superb too. the grounds are stunning and the lake just makes it heaven. glad to hear the cattle and the geese still there!!!

True Romance!
I had the good fortune to be a wedding guest at Mangapp Manor in October '08. I must say that it was a truly superb venue and the service and food were excellent. The formal gardens and walkways are glorious, there's a lake next to the marquee with geese and wildfowl on it and huge highland cattle grazing the fields around. The marquee was very smart and impressive and when they switched on the beautiful starlight lining, it looked like the night sky had come right into the room, ... very romantic indeed! The staff were friendly and relaxed and all the arrangements for the wedding ran like clockwork, ... the sign, I think, of a professionally run establishment. It was a very memorable day for the bride & groom and a great party for all the guests. I wholeheartedly recommend this venue.

The perfect wedding venue
I attended Em and Mark's wedding reception in October and had a wonderful time. The setting was perfect, marquee amazing and the gardens beautiful. Kate, Ben and their staff were courteous and helpful. I would thoroughly recommend Mangapp Manor to anyone and it would be my first choice of venue should I get married in the future.

Kate & her team at Mangapps are VERY professional. They took over liaising with our suppliers, kept us well informed & removed the stress in the run up to our wedding. Beautiful grounds & great rooms
Kate and her team at Mangapps are VERY professional. They took over liaising with all our suppliers, kept us well informed and in general took all the stress away in the run up to our wedding. Beautiful grounds and the benefit of 4 really nice double rooms so the bride and groom dont have to travel to another location at the end. Give them a call and dont give up the chance of having a look.

More than you can wish for
Kate and Ben worked so hard to give us the day we dreamed of.The gardens looked stunning, the house is absolutly gorgeous,and the staff are amazing, they work so hard, to make sure every thing is perfect.The catering service was fantastic,all our friends and family commented on the day, and are still talking now about the superb time they all had.Its such a lovely place and if i could do it all again, i wouldnt change a thing, not even the rain .

stunning venue and outstanding service
Mangapp Manor was just perfect, the grounds were spectacular. Kate and Ben's flexibility allowed us to make our day unique & special to us. Lawn games, night lights and hog roast all added to the effect. The Manor rooms were lovely & breakfast superb. We wouldn't have changed a thing about the day :-

The best wedding venue in Essex
I just wanted to say what a fantastic wedding we had at Mangapp Manor. We had so many guests commenting on what a wonderful venue Mangapp Manor was. The setting is stunning - a beautiful manor house forming a stunning backdrop to immaculately kept lawns - the facilities are superb and Kate and Ben go above and beyond the call of duty to ensure your day goes to plan. My wife and I visited dozens of venues in Essex but I can safely say that we made the right choice in choosing Mangapp Manor.

This place is everything we could have wanted!
We had our reception here in August 08 and it was everything we could have wanted. We searched for a venue for ages and none in the locality compare to this. Kate and Ben were fantastic from the moment we met – they’re really flexible and do as much as they can to help, so the day was really personal to us, in terms of layout, lighting, garden games etc. We were able to provide our own welcome drinks, bubbly and wine and their bar was fully stocked they even asked us if we wanted anything specific for our guests and drinks were very reasonably priced. The service was fantastic and attention to detail second to none. The grounds looked amazing - many of our guests commented on the venue during and after the day. The marquee was far nicer than any we’d seen at other venues and the star light lining and candles really made the evening atmosphere. We stayed overnight and felt spoilt - rooms are gorgeously decorated, and full breakfast was just what the doctor ordered the next day! I’d definitely recommend Mangapp Manor and wouldn’t change a thing about our day.
