Loseley House is situated in 1,400 acres of glorious rolling countryside, just 3 miles south of Guildford. You will approach the house along a mile long winding driveway passing beautiful parkland. The view then opens up to the truly magnificent Elizabethan Mansion surrounded by well kept lawns. The Great Hall with its wealth of character and atmosphere provides a magnificent backdrop for civil wedding ceremonies and our 17th Century Tithe Barn is perfect for wedding receptions. Our experience and attention to detail will ensure that your day is as special as you would like it to be. Our Events Managers and Catering Team will be on hand to guide you through the process and answer any questions.

Summary information

We are licensed to hold civil ceremonies for up to 100 guests in the Great Hall of Loseley House and up to 30 in the Drawing Room. Our Tithe Barn is also licensed for civil ceremonies. All guests are welcome to enjoy the Gardens and the beautiful grounds before or after the Ceremony. All catering can be arranged from a drinks party in the Walled Garden to a full wedding breakfast in our 17th Century Tithe Barn ( for up to 140 guests). With the addition of marquees in our grounds functions for up to 900 people can be arranged. The Catering at Loseley Park is run by professional staff and maintained to the highest standards by our caterers JMK Classic Catering, whose Manager has recently received the Master of Culinary Arts, the highest accolade in the catering industry. Working closely with you, and your other suppliers, our Function Coordinator will ensure that your day runs smoothly throughout.
