FANTASTIC
Me and my hubby got married in Aug 2007 and had the reception and evening do here and i could not fault the Hunters lodge on anything Yvonne was absoutley fantastic with every aspect of our day she did a wonderful job so thank you to everyone at the Hunters Lodge and espically Yvonne x x x

The Staff are Friendly & Helpful
The hospitality at the Hunters Lodge is second to none and everyone is made to feel welcome. The food is outstanding. I would not hesitate in recommending the Hunters Lodge as a venue.

Wedding Reception 28th April 2007
We certainly had a Wedding Day were able to enjoy without a worry! If there were any problems we certainly did not notice them! We would like to Thanks all the staff who were involved in the set up of the room and the service at the Reception, especially Yvonne and Jenny. This is to be commended. The Meal and evening Buffet were again excellent, we particularly liked the personal touch of adding our names to our dessert plates. Extend our thanks to the Chef! Finally we would like to thank you for looking after our guests who stayed in the hotel, especially our families who stayed for several nights.

Wedding 23rd June 2007
Just wanted to say a big big thank you to all the staff who were invloved in very part of our wedding day. We had such an amazing day, we couldn''t beleived how smoothly it went. everyone was well taken care off, from the moment we arrived at the hotel to the moment we left. everything was so well organised, the staff were so friendly and the food was absolutely gorgeous, we would not fault a thing. We had so many people tell us what a fantastic day they had, and a lot of that was down to your hosputality and excellence. Thank you very much

The perfect day
We held our wedding here last year and would highly recomend the Hunters lodge as a wedding venue. I the bride had no concerns, my day was run perfectly by very good team off staff led by Yvonne and Peter. The majority of our guest where hotel residents and have since told us of the excellant hospitality given to them during our wedding weekend. Thank you Hunters Lodge making a perfect day

Two lovely rooms to choose from & staff very well organised
The staff especially Julie and Yvonne are great at The Hunter's Lodge and they are all well organised to make sure the day goes well, the food is great and both the restaurant and the Autumn Suite are lovely rooms - Autumn Suite has recently been refurbished and has light coming in from two sides so is never dark.
