Hothorpe Hall is a fine Georgian Manor House nestling in the valley of the Hothorpe Hills, between Market Harborough, Lutterworth and Kettering. Surrounded by extensive gardens it provides a superb place for a wedding reception and stunning photographs to remind you of your special day.
Hothorpe prides itself on offering exclusive use to the bride and groom in order that they can rest assured of our personal attention at all times (this is not essential). There is a choice of rooms for your civil ceremony or drinks reception, with many opening out onto the lawns.
A private Victorian Chapel is offered for a service of blessing or photographs and a nursery full of toys for children to enjoy and use. Guests can be accommodated in the 55 en-suite rooms and the bride and groom have a choice of bridal suite for their use, with Hothorpe's compliments. An exclusive new bridal suite will be available from early 2012 (small supplement payable).
A range of exclusive use options are offered to brides and grooms, including competitely priced late availability and Christmas packages.
Hothorpe also welcomes more intimate weddings that would require the privacy of their own function rooms but may not require exclusive use of Hothorpe Hall. On certain dates, as a licensed venue for civil ceremonies, Hothorpe can also host just your wedding ceremony and drinks reception if you prefer to continue your celebrating at another venue - quite popular with people who are having a marquee reception in a garden but wish to have a civil ceremony in beautiful surroundings.
From April 2012, Hothorpe's brand new Foxton and Naseby Suites will provide a private venue for weddings (still part of main building) for up to 60 guests for a sit down meal. Bookings are already being taken for the new suites.
Viewings of Hothorpe Hall can be arranged at a time to suit you.
