Hook House Hotel is a Grade 2 listed Georgian House set in attractive manicured grounds with sweeping lawns and mature trees. The grounds provide a splendid setting for photographs and celebrations of your special day. The Hotel is also registered for Civil Ceremonies, allowing you to get married, hold your reception and have exclusive use. The hotel has accommodation and ample parking for your guests. The private walled garden creates an intimate setting for your Wedding. The Marquee is fully heated, beautifully lined in Ivory, with green carpeted hard flooring. The crisp white damask linen presents a perfect base for floral arrangements.We believe every detail counts for the perfect Hampshire Wedding. The menu and wine is source locally from similar reputable privately owned businesses in Hampshire. We believe this is not only important in getting the best produce but also in helping local economy and the environment in transportation. We offer flexibility in making it perfect for your special day.

For your Wedding Breakfast we can accommodate between 40 and 100. Further evening guests are welcome totalling 150 for the day.
We have names and contacts of local suppliers for all your flowers, photos and balloon requirements.
You may mix and match the various drinks and banquet packages to get the one you want. More Details on our website.
The hotel has 20 rooms for your wedding guests all with en-suite. Priority is always given to the wedding party concerned in allocating for family and friends.
Choice menu is always offered. Your guests get to choose on the day from two starters and two desserts, which makes us even more unique

The perfect weddingHook House is the perfect venue. Tim and his team are the perfect hosts. We have has so many comments that this was the best wedding our guests have been to due to the relaxed atmosphere. The venue was set up just as we asked and we were able to mix and match packages to get the right menu and drinks for us - everybody loved pimms on the lawn upon arrival! Stunning gardens for photos too. I would recommend this to any bride-to-be - you won't be disappointed!

SuperbI just want to thank your staff and yourself for all the hard work you put it to making Edwina and Matt's wedding reception so wonderful. Everybody REALLY enjoyed themselves and the food, wine and location for the photographs were all superb. Thank you once again.

Excellent service and fabulous location12 June 2010. One of the main reasons we chose Hook House Hotel was because of the rave reviews we'd read on Hitched in which Tim was praised so highly. Having now had our wedding we can confirm that all the reviews and praise are well deserved. The service was excellent throughout. In the run up to the wedding Tim responded so promptly to all enquiries and gave us good sound advice that bore fruit on the day. His staff were friendly, professional and well presented. The grounds looked amazing - we had 18 children at our wedding and the walled garden provided the perfect location for them to mill in and out of the marquee. Comments were that it was the most easy going, relaxed and smoothly run wedding they'd been to. Having the whole hotel to yourselves feels great too. Very highly recommend it. It felt like the special day that it should and was so easy to enjoy.

Fantastic venue!!!Our wedding was 12th Sept 2009. A huge thank you to Tim and all the staff at Hook House, We had a fantastic day. The venue was perfect for us and the service that was given, i could not of asked for better.To top it off the weather was great which helped with the lovely photos we had taken by Phooto.co.uk set in the beautiful grounds of the hotel. The rooms are all different which is ideal if you are a guest staying on your own or a family in one room.Thank you for making our day so special!!

The perfect wedding venue, well recommendedWe had the day of our lives and a massive part of it was down to the excellent setting and superb service provided by Tim and the team. We were lucky to have great weather but drinking Pimms with all of our guest relaxing in the beautiful garden after the ceremony was a highlight of ours and set a relaxing tone for the rest of the day. I can not speak more highly of Tim and the team, he made everything run smoothly on the day which enabled me and my wife to concentrate on enjoying the big day. I would highly recommend Hook House Hotel as the perfect wedding venue to anyone and we would like to thank Tim and team for our perfect day which we will remember forever. Thankyou.

Guests were treated as well as the Bride & GroomMy Husband and I were guests at our close friends wedding Tom & Polly Buckland. Hook House Hotel was used for their reception. The gardens were perfect for photographs even made my amateur attempts look pretty good, and there was plenty of room for guests to mingle without feeling over crowded. The marquee was stunning and the transformation from dining to disco was seamless. The disco itself was fantastic with the resident DJ supplying us with ''floor filler'' after ''floor filler''. I have never seen so many people twitching their boogy muscles on a wedding dance floor. As we were traveling from Salisbury we thought we would treat ourselves to a room for the night. We were really impressed with how friendly the staff were and for a hotel it had a real homely B&B feel. The cooked breakfast the following morning was also the perfect cure for some Pimms induced sore heads. In all this was a great venue for the Bride & Groom and their guests. Thank you for taking such good care of us all. x

The perfect setting for a weddingWe looked into a number of venues throughout Hampshire and the one venue that really shone though was Hook House Hotel. It''s such a lovely setting. The House is beautiful and we were able to get married within a wonderful room. After the marriage, we moved outside to the gardens for some photographs and a nice glass of Pimms. Following this we moved into the marquee. What made Hook House so special? It was the service. Tim and his staff were so helpful and kind during the planning stage and of course throughout the day. They really couldn''t have done anything more for us. The rooms are lovely. We stayed in the hotel overnight along with a few friends and family. Everyone said what fabulous rooms - they all really enjoyed their stay. We''re obviously biased because it was our wedding, but all the guests were saying what a lovely day. The setting worked so well being enclosed and private for us. When we looked at other venues, they talked about sharing with another wedding party. Not the case at Hook House! It was so nice to spend the afternoon in the garden and then later the marquee. The DJ did a great set of music. He had a number of our guests rolling about with laughter. Having been to a number of weddings of friends and family over the past few years, we really recommend Hook House as the perfect setting. If you''re looking for somewhere to get married, or just have your wedding breakfast, then we strongly suggest you give Tim a call. He''s a really nice man - very helpful. With Tim and all the staff, we had the most wonderful day of our lives and we''re so grateful. Best wishes with your own wedding plans.

An ideal intimate and homely venueWell all is over and what a perfect day we had! The weather was superb and everything went well with the arrangements. The feedback has been excellent and everybody said how much they enjoyed themselves. We have to thank you for your hospitality and good service throughout the day from the time Nicola bridesmaidand I arrived at 9 a.m. on the Saturday morning until our guests and ourselves left around 10.30 a.m. on the Sunday. The family arriving early on Saturday from Cardiff and Reading much appreciated the refreshments laid on for them as well as a little something to bridge the gap for myself, Nicola and attendants. Your staff were friendly and welcoming and the grounds of the hotel were in excellent condition with the showing of the clematis out in all its glory for us. Thank you for making our day so memorable.Your hotel can certainly be recommended as a favourable venue with a personal touch.We certainly couldn''t have chosen better. Please pass on our thanks to staff, gardener, DJ. and anybody else we have forgotten.

Amazing venue, first class serviceOur wedding on the 13th June 2009 is a day to be remembered, Tim and his staff ensured that ourselves and our guests were well looked after from the time of arrival to the following morning. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, the venue, grounds and rooms all superb. We thoroughly recommend this place for anyone looking for a civil ceremony and definately value for money, we had the most amazing time thank you Tim. We would not have changed a thing even if we had won the lottery!!

Perfect DayWe had our wedding at Hook House Hotel on 9th May 2009 and it was a truly perfect day!! We find it hard to put into words just how amazing everything was, Tim and his team were absolutely outstanding, nothing was too much trouble, the staff were all friendly and it was fantastic that they even joined in with the celebrations. We have had so many comments from our guests who all had a brilliant time too - a perfect start to married life!! Thankyou! x
