Absolutely Incredible...
Tim & his team @ Hook House Hotel were all incredible, they made our day absolutely fabulous, very accomodating, very professional & gave us really good advice around choices on the day. The flow of the day was superb, the food & drink people are still talking about & the atmosphere was fabulous! The DJ was the best i've ever seen & really got everyone up & dancing. Thank you so much for making our special day so fantastic & memorable! I would recommend anyone to have their special day here!!! Breakfast was fab too, just what we needed the next morning!!

A Perfect Wedding Reception
Wedding date 02/07/2011. The director of the hotel, Tim and his team made our wedding unforgettable for us and our guests. From the planning of the wedding to the day itself, Tim was there to ensure everything ran smoothly. Many of our guests have and still are commenting on how fantastic the day was, in particular they really loved the venue, the food and wine and the service. Hook House Hotel is the perfect venue for a wedding and we will never forget our special day.

Perfect day
Thank you for all your hard work that ensured our daughter and new son-in-law had a perfect day. We know that does not happen without careful planning, training of staff and attention to detail. Right from the beginning you were there to help us make our choices by giving us all the information we needed. The rooms were extremely comfortable especially the beds which we were grateful to sink into after a very long day. Breakfast was perfect and relaxed.Your staff were brilliant.

From the moment we booked to leaving the hotel the morning after the wedding, nothing was too much trouble for Tim and his team. Truly magical wedding venue and perfect in every way, we couldnt have asked for anything else. The level of service is fantastic and the food is superb!! If you are thinking of booking Hook House, definitely do it - you wont be disappointed!

Just a big thankyou to Tim and his team for such a wonderful day. All the guests day and evening commented on what a hidden gem the hotel is with beautiful grounds and such friendly staff. We had excellent service from the day we booked it to the time we left the hotel the day after the wedding. we told Tim exactly what we wanted and he delivered to such high standards. We would recommend this hotel. Thanks again Tim for everything.

What An Amazing Day
Wedding date 25/9/10 - we would like to say that this was an amazing venue - all of our guests - day & evening said that they had a really great time - Tim & his team were brilliant - nothing was too much trouble & everything went smoothly from start to finish. The food was great and the DJ had everyone up on the dance floor. The grounds were beautiful & even the rain disappeared on the day. Would highly recommend this venue.

Absolutely amazing !!!
Just want to say how amazing our day was from start to finish i couldnt have wished for anything better Tim and all his team were brilliant all so helpful and lovely,the hotel and its grounds are beautiful perfect for a fairytale wedding,the food was delicious,The DJ was so good made an awesome atmosphere,all our guests have said its the best wedding they have ever been to,i would highly recommend this venue to any brides to be.

What a wonderful day
What a wonderful day we had on Saturday! We must thank you and all your staff for ensuring that Vick and Mat's wedding day went so smoothly. The hotel and marquee looked splendid and the crowing glory goes to the beautifully well kep gardens. Luckily we were able to make the most of them as the rain cleared up just before the ceremony started and the sun came out. The food was delicious and your kitched and serving staff must be congratulated for getting the food from the kitchen to the table quickly so it remained hot. We were pleased that everyone seemed to get their chocice on all courses. The chicken dish received a lot of very positive comments! The evening buffet was also well received. The venue provided a lovely relaxed atmosphere where our friends and family could join to celebrate this special day. Everyone has commented that it was such a lovely day but the best praise of all is from Vicky and Mat themselves who said it was their best day ever! Once more thank you for a lovely day and we would have no hesitation in recommending the hotel to others.

The perfect wedding
Hook House is the perfect venue. Tim and his team are the perfect hosts. We have has so many comments that this was the best wedding our guests have been to due to the relaxed atmosphere. The venue was set up just as we asked and we were able to mix and match packages to get the right menu and drinks for us - everybody loved pimms on the lawn upon arrival! Stunning gardens for photos too. I would recommend this to any bride-to-be - you won't be disappointed!

Excellent service and fabulous location
12 June 2010. One of the main reasons we chose Hook House Hotel was because of the rave reviews we'd read on Hitched in which Tim was praised so highly. Having now had our wedding we can confirm that all the reviews and praise are well deserved. The service was excellent throughout. In the run up to the wedding Tim responded so promptly to all enquiries and gave us good sound advice that bore fruit on the day. His staff were friendly, professional and well presented. The grounds looked amazing - we had 18 children at our wedding and the walled garden provided the perfect location for them to mill in and out of the marquee. Comments were that it was the most easy going, relaxed and smoothly run wedding they'd been to. Having the whole hotel to yourselves feels great too. Very highly recommend it. It felt like the special day that it should and was so easy to enjoy.
