Fantastic venue!!!
Our wedding was 12th Sept 2009. A huge thank you to Tim and all the staff at Hook House, We had a fantastic day. The venue was perfect for us and the service that was given, i could not of asked for better.To top it off the weather was great which helped with the lovely photos we had taken by Phooto.co.uk set in the beautiful grounds of the hotel. The rooms are all different which is ideal if you are a guest staying on your own or a family in one room.Thank you for making our day so special!!

The perfect wedding venue, well recommended
We had the day of our lives and a massive part of it was down to the excellent setting and superb service provided by Tim and the team. We were lucky to have great weather but drinking Pimms with all of our guest relaxing in the beautiful garden after the ceremony was a highlight of ours and set a relaxing tone for the rest of the day. I can not speak more highly of Tim and the team, he made everything run smoothly on the day which enabled me and my wife to concentrate on enjoying the big day. I would highly recommend Hook House Hotel as the perfect wedding venue to anyone and we would like to thank Tim and team for our perfect day which we will remember forever. Thankyou.

Guests were treated as well as the Bride & Groom
My Husband and I were guests at our close friends wedding Tom & Polly Buckland. Hook House Hotel was used for their reception. The gardens were perfect for photographs even made my amateur attempts look pretty good, and there was plenty of room for guests to mingle without feeling over crowded. The marquee was stunning and the transformation from dining to disco was seamless. The disco itself was fantastic with the resident DJ supplying us with ''floor filler'' after ''floor filler''. I have never seen so many people twitching their boogy muscles on a wedding dance floor. As we were traveling from Salisbury we thought we would treat ourselves to a room for the night. We were really impressed with how friendly the staff were and for a hotel it had a real homely B&B feel. The cooked breakfast the following morning was also the perfect cure for some Pimms induced sore heads. In all this was a great venue for the Bride & Groom and their guests. Thank you for taking such good care of us all. x

The perfect setting for a wedding
We looked into a number of venues throughout Hampshire and the one venue that really shone though was Hook House Hotel. It''s such a lovely setting. The House is beautiful and we were able to get married within a wonderful room. After the marriage, we moved outside to the gardens for some photographs and a nice glass of Pimms. Following this we moved into the marquee. What made Hook House so special? It was the service. Tim and his staff were so helpful and kind during the planning stage and of course throughout the day. They really couldn''t have done anything more for us. The rooms are lovely. We stayed in the hotel overnight along with a few friends and family. Everyone said what fabulous rooms - they all really enjoyed their stay. We''re obviously biased because it was our wedding, but all the guests were saying what a lovely day. The setting worked so well being enclosed and private for us. When we looked at other venues, they talked about sharing with another wedding party. Not the case at Hook House! It was so nice to spend the afternoon in the garden and then later the marquee. The DJ did a great set of music. He had a number of our guests rolling about with laughter. Having been to a number of weddings of friends and family over the past few years, we really recommend Hook House as the perfect setting. If you''re looking for somewhere to get married, or just have your wedding breakfast, then we strongly suggest you give Tim a call. He''s a really nice man - very helpful. With Tim and all the staff, we had the most wonderful day of our lives and we''re so grateful. Best wishes with your own wedding plans.

An ideal intimate and homely venue
Well all is over and what a perfect day we had! The weather was superb and everything went well with the arrangements. The feedback has been excellent and everybody said how much they enjoyed themselves. We have to thank you for your hospitality and good service throughout the day from the time Nicola bridesmaidand I arrived at 9 a.m. on the Saturday morning until our guests and ourselves left around 10.30 a.m. on the Sunday. The family arriving early on Saturday from Cardiff and Reading much appreciated the refreshments laid on for them as well as a little something to bridge the gap for myself, Nicola and attendants. Your staff were friendly and welcoming and the grounds of the hotel were in excellent condition with the showing of the clematis out in all its glory for us. Thank you for making our day so memorable.Your hotel can certainly be recommended as a favourable venue with a personal touch.We certainly couldn''t have chosen better. Please pass on our thanks to staff, gardener, DJ. and anybody else we have forgotten.

Amazing venue, first class service
Our wedding on the 13th June 2009 is a day to be remembered, Tim and his staff ensured that ourselves and our guests were well looked after from the time of arrival to the following morning. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, the venue, grounds and rooms all superb. We thoroughly recommend this place for anyone looking for a civil ceremony and definately value for money, we had the most amazing time thank you Tim. We would not have changed a thing even if we had won the lottery!!

Perfect Day
We had our wedding at Hook House Hotel on 9th May 2009 and it was a truly perfect day!! We find it hard to put into words just how amazing everything was, Tim and his team were absolutely outstanding, nothing was too much trouble, the staff were all friendly and it was fantastic that they even joined in with the celebrations. We have had so many comments from our guests who all had a brilliant time too - a perfect start to married life!! Thankyou! x

A fantastic day.
We had our wedding reception at the Hook House on the 25th April and it could not have been more perfect. The staff were fantastic. Tim and his team made everything so easy for us that we hardly knew they were there. A truly friendly and professional service, I cannot recommend the Hook House Hotel highly enough. They even got the weather right!

Dear Tim and all the staff at the Hook House Hotel. Steve and I are now back from our honeymoon and would like to say thank you for making our Wedding Day so special. Nothing was too much trouble and some of our friends have said that it was the best wedding they have been to. The food was excellent, the grounds are beautiful and attention was paid to even the smallest of details. Tim and his staff were so helpful and friendly throughout and nothing was too much trouble. We got a sense right from the moment we booked our wedding that our special day was in safe hands. There is not one single thing that we would have changed or could have been better and we shall remember 4th April 2009 fondly forever.
