We cannot thank you enough for helping to make our wedding day so special. We were sorry not to have Joanne there on the day due to illness as she'd been so efficient and helpful during the planning stages but Kenny proved a more than worthy stand in! We have had so many positive comments from our guests on how smoothly the day went, the quality of the food and the fantastic service. We couldnt be happier with how everything went and will definately be back for our first anniversary.

Fantastic Day
Dear Kenny, On behalf of Jack and all our family and guests, I would just like to say how fantastic our day was, most of this was down to you, Joanne and your staff. I am telling everyone I know who is getting married to go to Hollin Hall, could not fault any of it. Fantastic Wedding Reception
Thankyou for all your aid, help, work & support with our Wedding Reception. It was a fantastic day & Evening, we loved every minute of it. Being able to have all our requests fulfilled was brilliant. The new Manager Kenny who stepped in only 2 months before our day to find nothing planned but made everything perfect needs the Highest praise of all. He helped with everything and was even there on the day to make everything smooth. The reports back from all our guests were really positive. All the staff were friendly and very helpful. Thank you all for giving us a fantastic wedding reception

Warm appreciation to all involved
I am the Father of Jennifer Kelly whose Wedding was celebrated by her family and friends at Hollin Hall on the 4th November 2011. The ceremony was conducted in the hotel, followed by the wedding breakfast and evening reception. My wife and I and many of our guests also stayed over night in the beautifully refurbished bedrooms. I would like to voice our appreciation for the contribution made by the hotel and all the staff in making our daughter's wedding such a wonderful and successful day. All those who had a part to play in the wedding and celebrations are to be warmly thanked for ensuring that everything was in place and that no problems occured. The staff were unobtrusive but helpful and extremley efficient. Please extend our warm appreciation to all involved.

Everyone at the Hotel was Brilliant
The day was brilliant from start to finish. Everyone at the Hotel was brilliant - from the guys dressing the room on the Thursday Night/Friday morning, to the Handyman who helped us with some last minute panics, to the guys on reception and the bar (especially later on!) and especially Andrew - he was great :-) A big thankyou again to everyone at Hollin Hall.

Everything we wanted and more!!
Our daughter was married at Hollin Hall on 28th February 2009. With a contingent of family and friends travelling up from London we needed a one stop venue that could accommodate us for the whole weekend. Hollin Hall filled that brief and provided a magical day for everyone. Sue, Chris, Eileen and all the staff were great, but a special thanks to Sue for making us all feel very special!

Simply The Best
Our daughter was married at Hollin Hall on 19th April 2008, if you are looking for the perfect venue then this is it! The bridal party stayed on the night before the wedding and over 50 guests stayed on the actual day and EVERYONE commented on the excellence of the hall,the staff, the food in fact every aspect of the wedding. Nothing is too much trouble and they have SUCH a friendly relaxed manner that even I the very worried bride's mum was able to enjoy the whole weekend from check in to check out.Chris, our Master of Ceremonies was brilliant, friendly and very professional, Michelle on reception made us feel so welcome and all the staff work hard to make your special day SPECIAL. The setting and Hall are stunning, the food scrumptiousvery generous portionsand the staff outstanding, I wish I could award them 10 stars!!!

A Perfect Venue
We held our wedding here August 2006 and everything was perfect. I stayed the evening before and found the staff both very friendly and extremely helpful with any request I had. The day itself was fantastic. We had the ceremony in the lounge which was a great room with lovely bay window which the sun streamed in through. The reception was held in the restaurant which is a beautiful conservatory type room, quite contempory and bright. The food was excellent, everybody commented on both the extremely high standard of the food and also the generous portions. The waiting staff were both friendly and professional. I have stayed at Hollin Hall a number of times and have always totally enjoyed the experience and would highly reccommend it to anybody looking for a peaceful, friendly welcoming hotel. I must add that all our wedding guests commented on our day and thought it was the best wedding they had attended for a long time. Thank you Hollin Hall and all the staff!
