Our beautiful manor house has long been the area's favoured venue for wedding ceremonies and celebrations. There are five rooms available for ceremonies from 2 to 120 guests. This includes the Gazebo, which is the smallest licensed venue in the country and the Stuart Room which is licensed for up to 120 guests. We have 39 bedrooms including many feature rooms and a beautiful bridal suite. For bridal make-up we have an exceptional, qualified therapist.

Holdsworth House is a privately owned hotel standing in its own secluded gardens and is the most exclusive location at which to host your Wedding Ceremony or Reception. As we understand that this is a very special day for you we only ever hold one wedding per day no matter how small.

The hotel has special overnight packages and golf breaks to celebrate your hen or stag party with style and a range of private dining rooms to offer you fun, undisturbed gourmet evenings. With 2 AA Rosettes for outstanding food you won't be disappointed.

      Holdsworth House was perfect! A fantastic family run hotel, the food was absolutely gorgeous all our guests were super impressed with the standard! The staff ensured that we had the perfect day. The rooms were fantastic and all the guests commented on how comfy the beds were! Would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for s first class wedding hotel at affordable prices!

      Amazing
      Our wedding took place on Tuesday 7 August 2012, what an amazing day. The food is the best I have had and all our guests thought the same. The staff are wonderful, attentive, nothing was too much trouble. The setting is fantastic. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Holdsworth House to anyone for a Wedding.

      A dream come true.........
      Our youngest daughter Lucy married Matt Hauck on 7th July 2012. It was the most beautiful day and HH was a first class venue. We cannot praise the place enough. We had 80 - 100 guests altogether and everyone just loved that day some asking how we found such a gem in Holdsworth House! We hoped the weather would behave and it did - it was gorgeous so making the grounds perfect for photographs. The food and service was without doubt first class and the memory of that day, well, it was a dream come true!!

      Fantastic wedding venue
      Holdsworth House was a fantastic venue for our wedding. They made the whole planning process simple and the big day went like clockwork. The food was fantastic and a great DJ too.

      Absolutely perfect!
      We held our wedding at Holdsworth House on 10th June 2012. It was a truely wonderful day. Everything was perfect, the staff were fantastic and so helpful no body wanted for anything all day. The food was faultless and yet again the staff were so attentative to us and all our guests.highly recommended venue.

      Perfect place for a perfect day
      I got married here on the 4th June 2012 and it was the best day of my life. Not only is the venue gorgeous with wonderful oppurtunities for photos but the staff couldn't have been more helpful. They were brilliant at putting my mind at ease and reasurring me that everything would go smoothly which it did! My family flew in from Spain and forgot the special milk for the baby and they were only too willing to sort it for them, they go above and beyond especially as they managed to find my husbands lost ring at 2am! They are the friendliest, most polite and helpful staff and its partly due to them that my day was so wonderful!

      The perfect venue
      Our daughter Sam and her fiance were married at Holdsworth House on Saturday 9th June 2012. We chose Holdsworth House for its character and charm, little did we know just how fantastic all the staff were. Everyone was very friendly and professional at all times and nothing was too much trouble for anyone. We have received many comments from our guests saying how perfect the whole occassion had been and also how excellent all the staff were.       I cannot over-emphasise what a fantastic venue and staff Holdsworth House has, they were completely professional and unobtrusive and after a good few sleepless nights worrying about minor details, I really needn't have - they had it all in hand! The food also deserves a mention as it was flawless. What a day!
