Fantastic service and support
The hotel played host to our winter wedding in early January 2012. From day 1 of the planning, Tracey and her team were excellent in how the planned the event and helped to guide us in terms of 'what works'. There was absolutely no hard sell. The food is first class (all our guests loved it) and all of the staff make sure that you are well looked after. The team will manage the day for you and make sure that both you and all your guests enjoy it to the full. Fantastic!!!!!

Hintlesham Hall was the venue for our daughter’s wedding in September 2011. The venue is stunning and we found all the staff, from our initial visits right up to the big day, to be very helpful, friendly and accommodating. They gently shepherded us through the day and several people commented on how the staff just gently and quietly got on with things. The chef produced a lovely meal which was to our specification and our requests for special dietary requirements were all handled brilliantly. We would have no hesitation in recommending Hintlesham Hall as a wedding venue.

Perfection
We didn’t originally choose Hintlesham hall, but changed venues after our original choice went bust just 1 month before our wedding. We cannot speak highly enough of Tracey and her team, they were very understanding of the stress we were under and very supportive, working to accommodate almost all of the ideas we had with our previous venue, including our menu. On the day it was total perfection, even the weather behaved! The hotel and gardens provided the perfect back drop for wedding photos and provided a grand but relaxed atmosphere. Rene the operations manager ensured everything ran like clockwork. The food was excellent as was the service; it truly was our perfect day. Thank you Hintlesham Hall.

Absolutely Fabulous!
When we picked Hintlasham Hall we did not realise we picked the perfect wedding venue! The setting is fantastic, the service excellent. Everyone did their best. The chef created a special menu to suit us and people with allergies. It was delicious! The master of ceremony Rene was brilliant, the hotel staff was helpful from the minute we decided to pick this as our venue and Julie, our event organiser was superb! We had a dream wedding! What a Perfect Day!
Hintlesham Hall is quite simply a perfect choice for what should be the best day of your life! We cannot speak highly enough of Tracy,Rene and all the fantastic team. Whilst obviously the venue itself is stunning (especially for a winter wedding with all the beautiful decorations creating a magical atmosphere)- what made our day extra special was the personal service we received. Our guests all commented on the friendly and relaxed atmosphere, and while all the staff were extremely helfpful, Rene went above and beyond the call of duty by actually reading out the Mother of the Bride speech on her behalf! (due to high probability of exessive tears!) When asked recently if we could do it all again what we would change, we both agreed ...absolutely nothing! Perfect Day, Perfect Venue
Our wedding was perfect, from the arrival to the time we left. Tracy is A+ in every aspect and to be honest, was missed when she left for the day as we could notice a real difference when she wasn’t about. The Carolean is stunning as is the Gallery – A real must if you want perfect photos & memories. The bridal suite and bathroom – WOW! Food is amazing and the Chef met all dietary requirements, even down to the oddest requests. Bar was open till well into the early hours for our guests but obviously as with all venues, prices are a little higher than average. Hintlesham Hall will do everything they can to ensure your day is YOURS and that all runs well. The Heli pad is an added extra and something well worth taking advantage of – the groom looked great landing in style! Tracy was also able to supply a contacts list for flowers etc and all were to top A+ standard which helped with stress levels. I am so pleased we chose Hintlesham and that Tracy was there to help! I would recommend this venue to any couple planning their special day. Should you be unfortunate to have bad weather, the venue is more than capable of capturing the most stunning photos without the need to be outside. A++ Thank you!

Superb !
A stunning venue with superb staff - we recently got married at Hintlesham Hall and had exclusive use of Hintlesham for our family and guests who travelled from all corners of the world to be with us, truly the happiest day of our lives surrounded by our loved ones and the fabulous staff at Hintlesham, we could not have wished for more ! special thanks to Tracy and Renee and all their staff. There was even a marriage proposal on the night and I have no doubt the atmosphere and fantastic hospitalty by all involved played a huge part in this ! Peter the resident pianist played beautifully to create a truly special atmosphere for our ceremony, our guests were overwhelmed by Hintlesham the service,rooms, and food were just perfect,a special thank you to you all! five stars are not enough !

We were married at Hintlesham Hall in April 2010 and from our initial enquiry through all the planning to looking after us on the day, I cannot fault any aspect of our experience. It was so good that we want to do it all again! Tracy and all of the team at Hintlesham were a great source of advice and helped us to achieve our perfect day. The staff in every team are professional, courteous and attentive without exception.

Speechless!
Alongside my choice of husband, choosing Hintlesham Hall as our wedding venue was quite simply the best decision I ever made. The venue is spectacular, the food is top quality but the icing on the cake at Hintlesham Hall is certainly the staff. Tracy and the team are absolutely perfect and if I were to get married 365 days of the year I would choose Hintlesham Hall every single time. Thank you a million times over x

Best Day Of Our Life
Dear Tracy and all the staff at Hintlesham Hall who helped to make our wedding the best day of our lives. Being able to have a family dinner the night before the wedding and then having exclusive use was brilliant and all our guests staying over made it even more special. All our questions and problems were sorted without any trouble by tracy. Out of this world
We would just like to say a huge thank you to everyone at Hintlesham for making our day the most amazing day of our lives. Tracy Carter was excellent fro the initial phone call to the final day and understood our needs from day one. The setting is stunning as is the actual hall itself. All our guest commented on the helpfulness and professionalism of the staff who couldn't do enough for us. The food is also first class. I defy anyone to find a better venue to make their day so memorable for all the right reasons.
