Excellent personal service
We recently got married at Hintlesham Hall and we have to say the day ran so smoothly and was perfect. The venue itself is so beautiful and has lovely detail for those photo opportunities, we would recommend the Long Gallery on the first floor for Bride and Groom shots! The staff are very friendly, helpful and professional. The food is delicious and presented brilliantly and the rooms are spacious and very comfortable. This venue is perfect for weddings and the staff cater to your every need. We would definitely recommend booking with Hintlesham Hall!

OH MY GOD !!!!!
Well, i can honestly say that we had the best wedding that anybody has had ! Julie Dolphin and Tracy Carter and the team gave us the most perfect wedding day we could have wished. The food was superb and everything else about the day. If you want a real classy and sophisticated wedding then Hintlesham Hall is the venue to choose !

Perfection
We had our wedding here in early February 2012. Hintlesham Hall was the first and only wedding venue we visited and after the exceptionally warm welcome, which showed their clear professionalism and attention to detail we booked 2 days later. The preparation was perfect- Tracy and her team look after you so well, keeping you on track and ensuring it remains as stress-free as possible. The day itself was perfect. From breakfast served in the wedding suite at the perfect time, a wonderful lunch for the bridal party which ensured everyone was happy relaxed. The wedding was truly perfect- the staff are so professional ( ask for Renee as Mc) the food amazing and so many people said it was the best ever wedding. Even the heavy snow in the evening and next morning did not hamper things. Truly the perfect wedding venue, I would never hesitate in recommending Tracy and her wonderful team to anyone.

Perfect Venue, Perfect Day....!
Hintlesham Hall is a fantastic venue to hold your wedding. Beautiful Venue, Beautiful Grounds, Amazing Food and Wonderful Staff! From the moment we visited the first time, we knew it was the venue for us. Immediately, the staff were pleased to greet us, offer us somewhere to sit and a drink whilst we were shown the options available followed by a tour of the hall. After visiting several venues with no one keen to talk to us, let alone offer us a drink, we immediately knew that the staff at Hintlesham were going to look after us. On the day itself, we had the most amazing time and the staff and so helpful, you cannot fault them. The staff were there whenever you needed them but not in the way or intrusive. We didn't have to worry about anything. Tracy Carter was a superb planner who paid great attention to detail, which meant the day went seamlessly. Rene ensured everyone was well looked after during the meal and the food was fantastic. We have just celebrated our first wedding anniversary there and didn’t want to leave! We have so many friends who have said they wish it was the wedding day all over again and it was the best wedding they have ever attended and the best venue in Suffolk! If you want a fantastic venue, no stress, wonderful staff, the opportunity to have exclusive use of the venue (which we did and I would thoroughly recommend) then Hintlesham Hall is the place to book! I cannot rate them highly enough. Everything was perfect.

Fantastic wedding venue
We had the most perfect wedding imaginable thanks to the fantastic staff at Hintlesham. Tracy Carter and her team did an outstanding job to make every part of the experience enjoyable and personal and we can't rate it highly enough. Rene did a tremendous job running the show on the day with his unique style. The food was amazing and all of our guests (with plenty of fussy ones) Commented on how great it was so top marks to Alan for fine tuning as we were quite fussy! Every element of our wedding was perfect and I cannot believe any other venue could get it this right and make us feel so special while being completely down to earth. Don't even think about booking anywhere else as you will never get the attention to detail that Hintlesham Hall Hotel will givevyou.

Dream wedding venue
We would highly recommend this venue to anyone wanting a hassle free and completely professional wedding complete with Tracy who is the most down to earth wedding planner possible. We have lost count of the number of guests who told us it was the best wedding they have ever been to (they really meant it!) as the venue was perfect being very impressive but the staff so friendly and professional but personal too. The food was fabulous and the price overall was very reasonable given the high level of attention to detail we received and the turnaround of the day was staggeringly efficient and well planned. They thought of everything and given that these people do this on a very regular basis, it was a personal enough service to feel like we were the first bride and groom they had encountered. A very special place, and we are so pleased we chose it as our wedding venue.

Sheer perfection
When we first went to Hintlesham, we knew we wanted to hold our wedding there, Tracy was fantastic from start to finish and all of the staff magnificent, our day was perfect in every way and our true dream wedding, even better than we could ever have imagined.

Fantastic service and support
The hotel played host to our winter wedding in early January 2012. From day 1 of the planning, Tracey and her team were excellent in how the planned the event and helped to guide us in terms of 'what works'. There was absolutely no hard sell. The food is first class (all our guests loved it) and all of the staff make sure that you are well looked after. The team will manage the day for you and make sure that both you and all your guests enjoy it to the full. Fantastic!!!!!

Hintlesham Hall was the venue for our daughter’s wedding in September 2011. The venue is stunning and we found all the staff, from our initial visits right up to the big day, to be very helpful, friendly and accommodating. They gently shepherded us through the day and several people commented on how the staff just gently and quietly got on with things. The chef produced a lovely meal which was to our specification and our requests for special dietary requirements were all handled brilliantly. We would have no hesitation in recommending Hintlesham Hall as a wedding venue.

Perfection
We didn’t originally choose Hintlesham hall, but changed venues after our original choice went bust just 1 month before our wedding. We cannot speak highly enough of Tracey and her team, they were very understanding of the stress we were under and very supportive, working to accommodate almost all of the ideas we had with our previous venue, including our menu. On the day it was total perfection, even the weather behaved! The hotel and gardens provided the perfect back drop for wedding photos and provided a grand but relaxed atmosphere. Rene the operations manager ensured everything ran like clockwork. The food was excellent as was the service; it truly was our perfect day. Thank you Hintlesham Hall.

Absolutely Fabulous!
When we picked Hintlasham Hall we did not realise we picked the perfect wedding venue! The setting is fantastic, the service excellent. Everyone did their best. The chef created a special menu to suit us and people with allergies. It was delicious! The master of ceremony Rene was brilliant, the hotel staff was helpful from the minute we decided to pick this as our venue and Julie, our event organiser was superb! We had a dream wedding! What a Perfect Day!
Hintlesham Hall is quite simply a perfect choice for what should be the best day of your life! We cannot speak highly enough of Tracy,Rene and all the fantastic team. Whilst obviously the venue itself is stunning (especially for a winter wedding with all the beautiful decorations creating a magical atmosphere)- what made our day extra special was the personal service we received. Our guests all commented on the friendly and relaxed atmosphere, and while all the staff were extremely helfpful, Rene went above and beyond the call of duty by actually reading out the Mother of the Bride speech on her behalf! (due to high probability of exessive tears!) When asked recently if we could do it all again what we would change, we both agreed ...absolutely nothing!
