Highbury Hall

Located three miles from Birmingham city centre, Highbury is situated in a beautiful countryside setting. Steeped in history, Birmingham’s famous parliamentarian, Rt. Hon. Joseph Chamberlain MP, built the picturesque Grade II manor as a family home in 1878.

This exquisite venue is perfect for your wedding, offering you a first class event with fine cuisine and a personal service tailored to your needs.

Whether it is a full Civil Ceremony or Partnership you require, or just the Wedding Reception (following a wedding service elsewhere), this magnificent mansion house in a country setting will create exactly the right atmosphere for the most special day of your life.

Although it is not possible to book Highbury for the Civil Marriage or Partnership Ceremony alone, there is an extensive range of menus for your wedding reception which can be styled to your individual taste and budget with our “Menu Master” or approved list of external Afro-Caribbean or Asian caterers.

Our highly experienced Venue Assistants with help you plan your day and advise you through each stage of the proceedings to ensure that everything runs smoothly on the big day itself.

      perfection
we were lucky enough to get married at highbury hall on the 23rd june 2002, the day was just amazing and the staff helped enormously, elaine was amazing so was the bar manager, highbury hall is so beautiful the photos are amazing, also my husband is a muslim and all the food was halal which was fantastic!! i cannot fault any part of the day or the run up to the day as i kept calling the staff with queries. it really was just such a dream wedding, i cannot recommend highbury hall highly enough, the food and the service were amazing, the setting was unreal, we also were lucky to have a very sunny day and drinks after the ceremony were served outside, which was wonderful, everyone said how beautiful it was, we had flowers entwined through the staircase, which looked fantastic. you have to go and see highbury hall and consider it for your wedding. FANTASTIC!!!! Claire Kola

Perfect for small, intimate wedding in atmospheric surroundings
I attended a friend's wedding yesterday and they have always had a great love for the Victorian age. This venue was perfect for them and it was lovely to be "transported" to a bye gone age. The building is very impressive and the staff very friendly and efficient. I particularly liked the fact that the accomodation is in a series of rooms which meant that people were able to talk in another part of the building if they did not wish to be "drowned out by the disco". A really enjoyable venue.
