High Elms Manor

Built before 1813 and situated in 21 acres of park and woodland, High Elms Manor, an elegant grade 2 listed Georgian residence, provides the perfect ambiance for any special occasion.

With ample parking, we are located within easy access of the M1, A41, M25 and London.

The ballroom overlooking our magnificent lawn, fountain and woodland will seat up to110 guests for a formal meal. The Manor House provides additional rooms for buffets, a fully licensed bar and disco, as well as catering facilities. The Manor House in total offers hospitality for 200 guests. There is a Tudor room for dancing which looks out over the paved terrace with ballustrade and seating. There is a gazebo for those wishing for an outdoor civil ceremony. There is a new room available for civil ceremonies indoors especially designed for the 'Country House Rescue' programme. There have been numerous other fils made on the property. Choose our excellent in-house caterer or bring in your own caterer. The choice is yours.

There is availability to have civil weddings in the various rooms. The Tudor Room has a capacity for 60 people and costs £350. The ballroom has a capacity for 150 and costs £450. The Blue room and Gazebo cost £450. These prices are extra to the venue hire fee.

      Fantastic Venue, friendly & helpful owner
      Great venue. As you had the use of 3 rooms, you could keep everyone happy. You could sit comfortably in the lounge on sofas, at a table in the ballroom to eat or enjoy the DJ in the Tudor room, Anyone who wanted to get away from the music had another room to sit in. This suited the grandparents. The grounds were lovely for our photos and the lady owner was very helpful, lending high chairs for the children and letting us decorate the ballroom the night before our wedding. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone. The house has a lovely warm feeling and the grounds are beautiful which are also open for the children to play in. We are really pleased we chose this venue for our special day. It could not of gone any smoother. Many thanks to Sheila the owner

      Beautiful secluded venue which can accommodate all your requirements
      Got married here in Aug 2006. A great venue if you want your own caterers and want to have free reign over every aspect of your day. Great outdoor space which is able to accomodate a marquee if you have large numbers. Venue is also secluded so will enable you to have the whole property for sole use. Good links to M25 and M1 and has own car park. Were able to make several trips to the property whilst organising the day without any problems - owners very accomodating. Main room is a beautiful space to have registry and/or wedding breakfast,with large windows overlooking the garden space. In short if you want a beautiful venue to yourselves where you arrange everything as you wish, ie flowers, caterers, drinks etc this is a fantastic venue and would highly reccommend.
