Made to feel like kings
From our first steps into the lobby we were made to feel special. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. We were put at ease all the way through the planning process and the day itself was absolutely amazing. The Hickstead's staff made sure all was in hand and that the day ran smoothly. Really can't thank them all enough and will highly recommend anyone to call in and meet the team.

We had a Wonderful day. The wedding breakfast was delicious and Im told the evening buffet was the same quality, although neither of us had ny room to sample it after our meal. We have had nothing but compliments about the whole day. We certainly would not hesitate to recommend the Hickstead Hotel in the future.

My wife and I were both impressed by the high standard of service. Sarah had promised that we could rely on the hotels efficient organisation-but we did not expect everything to go so smoothly. In particular we are aware that catering for large numbers can be difficult, but the wedding reakfast was served promptly and the food was attractive and well presented. Similarly the evening buffet was all that we asked. Throughout our day the staff went out of their way to make the Bride and Groom feel comfortable and welcome, and to our delight our guests were all highly complimentary. It was quite noticable that the staff we met were the most helpful and courteous whatever our requests. Looking back we do think that our daughters wedding day was enhanced by the reception at your hotel and will contribute to our happy memories.

On March 25th my daughter got married here, we had a great day, everything went according to plan, the staff were so polite and helpful, as they day wnt on it was obvious they do very long shifts although their enthusiasm did not waver all day. Reception room was lovely, the service throughout the meal was excellent, as was the food. We had alot of Cildren at the wedding, and were given a room for feeding and changing babies, this was a great help. The rooms were very clean and looked after. Quite alot of us stayed overnight, and were all impressed with everything, breakfast was lovely, lots of choice.

Fantastic Day

Amazing day
I got married on the 20th February 2011 and I do not have a bad word to say about Giles and th team. Although they had a wedding on the day before, ours was not affected in the least. The day was perfect, food amazing and staff couldn't do enough to help us. The guests all made a point of complimenting the venue an staff and I actually cannot speak highly enough of them.

Everything perfect!
We were very impressed with the service we received both before and during our son's wedding celebration on 19th February 2011. All the staff were friendly, helpful and quietly efficient, the food was excellent. The organization and attention to detail ensured that everything ran smoothly on the day. This made for a friendly, relaxed atmosphere and a very enjoyable meal and evening party for everyone. We have also received good feedback from guests who stayed over.

The wedding of our Daughter was a day to remember
The Hickstead Hotel offers an all in packagein a pleasant environment organised and run by friendly professional people. Words and glossy brochures are easy to produce, but count for nothingif promises are not kept. The Hickstead Hotel lived up to and exceeded their promises and did exactly what they said they would. Plus they delivered it with a smile and good humour. The wedding of our daughter was a day to remember for all the right reasons
